Unfortunately I have fallen victim to this unscrupulous company, who, should, in all its guises be struck off. With the number of complaints regarding this EMS massager, the quality of the product does not come up to advertised standards. Please DONT be tempted to buy one from this company they are bad news. I actually got a return message, eventually, saying that they did not acknowledge that there was a problem with this product. Buyer beware!!

Avoid this company. It’s a scam. I placed an order one month ago for the foot massager. Received an email with an order number but it never arrived. Emails to company go unanswered. I contacted my credit card company used to pay for the product and they issued an immediate refund. They must be aware that this company is a scam. You can by the same product on Amazon for far less

I too have been scammed. I ordered the foot massager and it worked once then never again. £38 at supposedly half price and a complete waste of money. I have emailed Jospeh and hoping for a refund but I am very doubtful based on the reviews.

Poor customer care and no communication.Same items were sold from other company and delivered next day for 40 dhms.I paid 248 and transaction went through without OTP.No response from email provided so complaints and suggestions will go no where.Total unprofessionalism.This group should be removed from facebook

No.1 fraud company I ever seen,they stolen my money and delivered nothing,I think so many people lost their money.all are paid comments to cheat people.i am posting because atleast few people can save their money.

I am very disappointed by being ripped off.
The things I ordered were a birthday present for my sick cousin, who didn't receive it.
It has been a month, and not only have I not received the items, but they have also not refunded me, or answered my emails. There’re no other ways to contact them.

I ordered this in the end of March but I am still waiting for receiving it. Now nearly the end of April. Once I had the reply from them, but since then I sent a several email However no response at all. I don't know when I can get this or reply from them for the current situation. So I am thinking to cancel it and demand the credit back.

What a waste of time & money! I too wanted to return the product but no respones to emails after choosing option 2 - keep it & get charged 15 dollars.

This a absolute scam same experience as other people. Has return to USA so took offer of refund less £15 . Refund never came . This company needs to be taken down preying on people with problem feet .

I ordered an EMS machine in August 2023 from this company. It arrived and it was completely crushed and broken. I emailed the company and they asked me to send it back at my expense. I’m disabled and getting to a post office isn’t easy and if they got it back they’d simply throw it away. I offered to send them a photo of it and asked for a refund. They said no but said they’d therefore send me a partial refund. I’ve now emailed them 4 times as I’ve had no refund and they are no longer communicating with me. I just want to warn people not to buy anything from this company, they are not going to help you if your machine also arrives broken like mine. I’m very upset and disappointed.

Exactly same issue as everyone re trying to return and eventually settled on $15 refund as would cost more to send back to Las Vegas. No refund arrived and ignoring all emails, It's a SCAM.

Received as a Christmas gift and worked once before basically the ‘controller ‘ broke and never worked again
Tried emails, eventually got a reply from Josef Veng who said I had to return to Las Vegas (!!) at my expense or get a partial refund !!
Asked for the partial refund as they weren’t budging….but not heard a thing.
With PayPal now as a dispute , hopefully will get monies back ….disgusting customer service , if you can call it that !

Bought an EMS foot massager from this company. It arrived and worked fine, ran out of charge now won't charge and I have to post it back to get a refund. It will cost me more to post it back than it cost originally!

Scammers! Orders and Refund that never came.

Zero stars is what this company deserve...if you value your money AVOID AVOID AVOID....I made an order before Christmas and cancelled it straight after, within minutes, through their email as per their policy. Received a message straight away and was happy that this was being handled. Weeks later I receive the product and have been trying to get hold of them for return and refund, haven't even opened the package, because I bought one MUCH CHEAPER on AMAZON, but no response despite several emails. I will no rest until I get my money back as I work hard for every penny that goes in my pocket. I am going to take my case to where it needs to go until ai get my refund....NXA....Do not be in business if you are not about people nonsense!!!!

I put an order in from this company before Christmas, l still haven’t heard anything about my order.
I e-mailed them last week and heard back straight away, which l was happy at that point with there response, they asked for my tracking no which l gave straight away, since then l have heard nothing. The payment has left my account.
l have sent another e-mail today, 8th January 24. I received a message through saying message could not be delivered as it may contain a virus, not sure what to do now. I then googled this company and now l know why, thank you all for putting your reviews on, l only wish had looked at this before, l didn’t think about it at the time as it was meant to be a Christmas gift.
I have certainly learned by this and will only order from companies that l know, or l will research before l order.
So l did actually receive my parcel tonight, after sending a few messages l heard nothing back, then tonight the parcel arrived, box damaged and squashed, item seems ok but not what l expected, but will try and see how it goes, not sure it’s worth £38 though.
Communication could be better.
After reading reviews l wouldn’t order again.
