I purchased a vest for my grandson and the vest didn’t work out for him. I’m having a very hard time with returning the vest. They tell you that if it doesn’t work out for your child and they understand that every child is not the same, however we’re still waiting for where we’re supposed to return the vest . Buyer beware of the return process.🤔😟🧐😟

I wanted to return the weighted vest as my son will not wear it, but after finding out the costs to return decided to accept partial refund of 30% offered by Feeona. The refund process has never happened despite chasing on numerous occassions & months down the line have not recieved - i would not recomend this company...They do not run on the promises on the refund policies & procedures. Not a satisfied customer.

I am in the process of exchanging the vest for a larger size. I love the vest and I am so impressed with the way Sereni is handling the exchange. They seem to be really zeroed in on making sure I get the correct size for my grandson.

Would not recommend this store at all.

Paid for a jacket and instead of receiving my order, I’ve only received stress and frustration from Sereni.

Every time they copy paste the same line "Thank you for reaching out! Your order is still in transit, and at this time it’s moving through the carrier’s system. This process can sometimes take a few business days to update, so it’s normal if there hasn’t been a change in tracking just yet.".

No clear shipping updates, no proper communication, and no idea how to get a refund.

The company as a whole is disappointing. They will only do exchanges from their warehouse in the US, but only do returns to their Australian warehouse. It’s cheaper to keep the product then pay for shipping. Communication is slow and refunds are slower.

I really like the vest. My son call it calm down vest. So far it works well with my sons sleeping pattern. I give Thanks to Sereni company for this wonderful cloth.

Absolute scam - do not buy. It is incredibly cheap material and my son would not wear at all. The shipping took months and it was numerous spam emails a day. The only reason we even received it period was because I harassed them daily and sent over legal documents citing their policies. The refund process was a scam as well. They kept trying to offer different products instead of refunding me.

I ordered two calming vests for my 3 years old and 5 year old. I received my daughters within 2 weeks. Still waiting on the second vest. It’s nearly 6 weeks and I have absolutely no idea where my second vest is. I have emailed Feona from sereni customer service and have only been told they’d find out where it is but it’s been more than 7 days since that email. I am tired of asking where my item is. According to the tracking my second vest hasn’t been shipped yet? Why ?
Also the sizing is very misleading. I ordered according to the size chart and the vest for my daughter is very snug. Definitely size up one or two. I ordered from sereni due to all the positive reviews and their product are very good but my personal experience in receiving the items have been shocking. Do better in actually getting your orders out on time!

They are great. Just received our a few days ago and my son loves them. He was even allowed to wear it to school as he wasn’t the other ones.

My son is diagnosed with ASD, and I purchased the Sereni weighted vest in charcoal and black. I’ve been really impressed with it. The vest is very well made and looks just like a regular vest, which I appreciate because it doesn’t draw attention to itself. The weight feels evenly distributed throughout, and it’s comfortable enough that Henry doesn’t seem to notice he’s wearing it most of the time.

The biggest change I’ve noticed is in his ability to stay calm and focused during preschool. He’s able to sit longer for seated activities and seems more regulated overall. Interestingly, he rarely comments on wearing it—but he definitely notices when we take it off, which tells me it’s helping more than he realizes.

If a close friend asked me about this product, I would tell them it’s a thoughtfully designed weighted vest that actually integrates easily into daily life. It looks like normal clothing, it’s well constructed, and it seems to genuinely help with regulation and focus. For us, it’s been a helpful support tool, especially during structured activities like preschool.

The tips and guidance that have been sent along have also been helpful. It’s reassuring to have extra information about how to use the vest effectively and understand how weighted products can support regulation.

Overall, I’m really glad we tried it and would absolutely consider purchasing again.

Should be zero--beware---shipping from China takes forever---product is exceedingly low quality and not as advertised---THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THE WEIGHTS AND THERE ARE NO VELCRO STRAPS TO CHANGE THE SIZE----- and forget about sizes--they mean nothing--I bought a 7-8 for my slim 5.5 year old and it is too small!!! Then they want you to return their garbage to Australia at your expense---ridiculous---these people are the very worst kind of scammers as they prey on the emotions of parents with neurodivergent children and deliver useless garbage--run fast

It took a while to ship to us. But it works wonders for my 5 year old. It really helps calm him down and keep the meltdowns to a minimum. He likes putting the vest on!

This product has definitely made my child calmer. I really notice when the vest is not on. The has made my child calmer.

My son is autistic and struggles at school with staying regulated. He didn't like going in to the office to sit under a weighted blanket in front of other students as he was embarrassed. The Sereni weighted vest makes regulation more discreet . He wears it to school everyday and it is helping keep his nervous system calm. Looking forward to seeing more benefits from now until June . I ordered a month ago and I'm still waiting for my item to be dispatched, I've emailed and requested to cancel order and asked for a refund as the item hasn't been dispatched but they are refusing a refund. Do not trust this company!

Scam company. Ordered mid December on pre-ordered for end on January dispatch. In March they are still giving vague & contradictory updates, still not dispatched yet and have refused to give me a refund. Have had to claim my money back through my bank

This review is based strictly on extremely long shipping of products ordered and paid for and lack of communication from the company. I placed an order on October 15, 2025 and still have not received it. I have sent emails to the company inquiring about my order. Some of the replies that I receive from them are that they have actively followed up with their fulfillment and shipping teams regarding my order and have escalated it for urgent review. They are pressing for confirmation on the shipping status and next steps so they can provide me with accurate and concrete information. Their last response to me was a month ago.

I placed an order the middle of Oct 2025, they were up front with saying delivery would not be until the end of Nov 2025. About a week after placing the order they gave a delivery date in the beginning of Dec 2025. So, for the first 2 weeks there was a mix of emails about the order and advertisements. Then only emails with advertisements. In Jan 2026 still no product, sent an email with no response. I sent another email beginning of Feb 2026, but this time they respond. There was more than 1 email exchange, but it basically said sorry we have no idea when it will ship. Then they refused to cancel and refund the order. Sent me a 30% coupon code;like I'd ever buy anything from them ever again. Their position is if you don't cancel within 7 days of placing the order, you cannot cancel. My position is any company that doesn't deliver the product they claim to sell is committing fraud. Any company not willing to cancel an order because of issues that are THEIR fault/problem is shady at best. Then to top it off use a marketing ploy to try to get follow up business from that customer instead of making the situation right, unethical. Sad and unfortunate if the origin of the company is true.
