Find another supplier
If there is a zero I would have rated them zero. I ordered a product AED150+) since March and this is July I have been chasing them for delivery or refund. I have purchased elsewhere, now I want a refund and they are not responding to my request. The email address is not working, they will not respond and WhatsApp messages go unresponded as well. I raised a complaint with the DED consumer complaint team and they asked me to file a case with the police as they could not find any registration for this company. Either they are operating under a different name or something is fishy. I went against ChatGPT advise not to buy from them and now I know why.
