I ordered Smith sunglasses and upon receipt of the first shipment there was a problem with the order. This company was extremely easy to communicate with and very responsive. Serious fishing followed up and followed through and was able to get me the shipment. I would say this company is completely trustworthy and a pleasure to buy from.

The bag I ordered arrived practically by return, unfortunately it turned out to be not quite what I wanted. The return process was let down by striking postal workers, however once the bag got back to Co.Down Serious credited the repayment to my PayPal account pretty well immediately.
Living better than an hour away ( & 3-4 gallons of diesel! ) from any decent sized retailer I tend to buy on line anyway, so Serious’s pricing and service means their site will be one of the first I will consult for any major purchases in future.
