Served Avis 

Bought a Lychee Martini from Asda for £3.25. It could not taste less like Lychee if it tried. It's like bitter orange and absolutely vile. I reached out to Served drinks via social media and the response was basically tough luck, speak to Asda. I will take my open can with 1 mouthful out of it back to Asda to see what they say but really I'd have thought that Served would have been more interested in rectifying the issue and keeping the customer but clearly not.

Ordered and paid two weeks ago. YODEL had the order for all this time and could not find the business premise, They claimed they could not find it. The delivery address is the size of a football pitch with prominent signage. The reality is YODEL have not been anywhere near! To add insult to injury they claimed it had been rejected. To be fair deliveries can go wrong. However the customer service by SERVED was just terrible. They took no responsibility for their delivery service and just passed all the chasing of the delivery to the customer. In the end when the order was returned to sender by Yodel I contacted them again and said please replace the order - I do not want a refund. The customer service agent Emma replied

We are sorry to hear that your parcel is yet to be delivered.

We have checked the tracking, and it claims that this parcel was rejected at the door yesterday, but since then it has been returned to us.

A full refund has been issued.

Good three way blend of Teiple Sec , lime and white rum

Clear website, simple ordering, lovely products. The hard seltzer is delish as is the spicy margarita. Have used Served several times and recommended to friends.

2 of the cans were leaking, I have mentioned this’s problem before. I would like to cancel my subscription. When this had happened before it was usually on my big orders I thought it might have been because I had 48 in each box then but now it has happened in the boxes of 12 I would like to cancel my subscription. Thank you.

I purchased several cans of Served alcohol, and within a few weeks, the cans began to corrode and leak — it looked as though the material of the cans was poor quality. The leaking liquid damaged my drinks cabinet and caused mould, so I had to throw away all of the cans as well as anything else stored inside.

When I contacted Served, they initially seemed helpful and asked for photos, which I sent right away (including images showing the cans were empty despite being unopened). After that, they completely stopped replying. I followed up in April and again in August but never heard back.

Meanwhile, they continued sending me promotional emails until I asked to be removed from their mailing list — still no response about the actual issue.

Extremely disappointed both in the quality of the product and the lack of customer service. I won’t be purchasing from Served again and would caution others to be careful before ordering.

Interesting well put together

Almost as good as I make myself, but so much more convenient.

Not keen on the small tins, taste rather synthetic and sooooo sweet.
but the large tins are really gorgeous

Delicious lychee cocktail. Excellent delivery service. Will be trying others
