Service kept me informed fairly well.
Ended choosing one and process from there was simple.
Though I think there needs to be a status value between "quote" & "closed".

I would not recommend this service, especially for sole traders or small businesses.
My experience has been extremely disappointing and concerning. I originally signed up for a basic package, however the subscription was later renewed and upgraded without my knowledge or consent. Additional services were added that I did not request, agree to, or authorise at any stage.
I did not receive any renewal notification prior to the charge. The only communication regarding the renewal was provided after I raised the issue myself, and it did not accurately reflect what was actually processed.
I cancelled the service immediately once I became aware of the situation, but the transaction had already been taken without proper authorisation.
In my view, these practices are misleading and deceptive. It appears to target sole traders and small businesses with unclear terms and unauthorised changes. Based on this experience, I believe these practices warrant serious scrutiny, and affected customers may need to consider formal action to hold the company accountable.
I strongly advise others to be cautious. I would not use this service again and do not recommend it.

Misleading Builder Package – Mostly Handyman Leads
We purchased a package that was specifically represented as suitable for builders, not handyman-level work. However, more than 95% of the leads we have received fall outside our business category and are primarily handyman/tradesperson jobs.
Previously, we were subscribed to a lower-tier category with your service, which was significantly cheaper. Despite that, the leads we received under that lower category were far more relevant to our business than what we are currently receiving under the higher-priced ‘builder’ package.
The work being provided now is not appropriate for our business scope and does not reflect what was promised at the time of sale. This has resulted in wasted costs and raises serious concerns about misleading representation of your service and categories.
Based on this experience, it appears that the categories sold to us do not accurately reflect the type or quality of leads advertised.
We request an immediate review of our account, along with a refund or corrective action to address the mismatch between the promised service and what has actually been delivered.

Had a balcony that leaked badly everytimer it rained. Hired Garry from Gold Coast Renovations & Handyman G &Bs Quote was good price. Had to rebuild from flooring up Plus redo flooring support beams. Once new flooring in and waterproothed NO LEAKS Tiled and completed. Garry cleaned everything up No mess left.I fully recommend this company
