I have been very happy with the service…

I have been very happy with the service provided by my property manager Joshua Faller. As a client based abroad, Josh has taken excellent care of my property and consistently handled all necessary matters with professionalism and efficiency. The most recent inspection was completed thoroughly, and the report showed no items requiring attention or repair, which reflects the high standard of ongoing management. He is always prompt in responding to any requests or concerns and communicates clearly and reliably. I have great confidence in his work and highly recommend his services.

Excellent service and true accountability

I have been using Settio Property since 2020 and have been very pleased with their service overall. What really sets them apart is how they handle challenges; on the rare occasions when things haven't gone exactly to plan, they’ve stepped up, acknowledged the issue, and and proactively made things right as a gesture of goodwill. It’s clear they truly value the customer experience and take long-term relationships seriously.

Holly has been prompt in communicating…

Holly has been prompt in communicating recent issues with the property brought to attention by the tenant and is dealing with these in a professional manner, suggesting how best to solve these issues and being proactive in providing suggestions that may even save money in the long term while getting things seen to and resolved and communicating with the tenant. I am very grateful for the good service provided by her.

I have been with Settio for over 3…

I have been with Settio for over 3 years now and I just wish they were nationwide ! Their service is superb, the team is always willing to do whatever is asked, they are extremely efficient and I never had to send a reminder.
Lately I have been dealing with Holly who have been extremely helpful in dealing with all the day to day task in managing my property,
I will highly recommend Settio to anyone looking for someone to manage their property.

Helpful Support

We’ve recently moved out of our flat and wanted to acknowledge the support provided by Danny and Sam. On arrival into the property, they helped address a number of initial issues and were responsive when assistance was needed.

Danny was always there to help was fair and professional at the end of the tenancy. We appreciate both of their help and efforts in dealing with matters as they arose.

Be careful and document everything

I’ve been with Settio for over a year now and the service has been massively disappointing. After over a year in my property and three inspections in, with no issues to date, I was informed I had breached my contract by having a pet (which was clearly documented on my application form 16 months prior and confirmed by the Leo, the estate agent, over the phone as being approved by the landlord). Thankfully the documentation I had on email was very clear I had disclosed this, but the way Holly went about her communications with me during this process was really disappointing. Settio has essentially not included this in drafting my contract or documented it on their end - the fact the onus was placed on me over a year later in quite an intimidating way to produce evidence of something they should have documented was really unfair. And the fact it was framed as a breach of contract was shocking.

If you are with Settio - document ALL conversations in writing and email asking for confirmation.

There was also damage at the property when I initially moved in which sadly Holly never responded on and I waited for a whole year to be repaired, when another staff member completed an inspection.
