The service Matt gave was top notch, and I don't have a bad word to say about him or the quality of his work. He communicated well and accommodated me being annoying and changing the date of the EV charger installation without fuss. He double checked I was still happy the day before, and turned up exactly when he said he would. He even correctly predicted the time he would need to turn off the power and how long that would be for (my partner was working from home on a desktop computer at the time so that was particularly useful). Matt also made sure I knew how the charger worked before he left and answered my stupid questions well and with respect. It was a personal service with a smile and I'd be happy for him to do work on my house in the future. Great work, keep it up, it is appreciated 👍

Just had my Zappi Charger installed by Matt and I can't fault the job.

Matt installed it where we wanted it without having to dismantle our house (which is what two other quotes suggested they'd need to do as the meters are in the middle of the house under the stairs).

Other than my nice new charger you would not know he'd been in the house. Matt explained the set up and got us all connected with no dramas and has kept us informed throughout from quote to install.

I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home charger.

Contacted Severnsparks around a month before my install date because I wanted to make sure everything was in order for the day. I has plenty of helpful and friendly advise including what was required for the OZEV grant. Was invited to complete my part of the process all simple.
Matt arrived as expected on the day and completed the install to an excellent standard, also reassuring me just to get in touch with any questions or problems. No problems so far love it thank you.

Matt recently installed a Hypervolt EV charger at our home. It looks good but I am yet to check it out as my car has not been delivered yet. Matt's communication is excellent: prompt replies to emails and detailed answers to questions.
