Disappointed with the colour
Can't complain about delivery or being kept informed of such but am very disppointed in the colour. I purchased the natural and the photos depict an off white colour but its more like baby poo. It doesn't match my other outdoor things.

We do try our best to accurately depict the colour of our items online however colour can vary between screens. I am sorry to hear that it doesn't match your outdoor setting, natural is closer to beige than white but the umbrella colour will also lighten up when it is in sunlight.

Very helpful service and knowledgeable
Very helpful service and knowledgeable. However the postage cost is outrageous for such a lightweight product, $115 for postage and $90 for the product.

In regard to your shipping, most of our order postage costs are pretty spot-on if not underquoted as we use a detailed freight calculator to estimate shipping. In your case however, there was a difference between what you were charged and the actual cost. This is probably because you purchased a lighter item whereas our formula is geared toward 50+kg shipments. This is something for us to look into so we appreciate your feedback in bringing it to our attention! As a show of good will, we have refunded you $80.70 of your shipping, leaving you with a shipping cost of $35. I hope this shows our sincerity in making sure our customers have a positive experience with us!

Great company
Great company. Always extremely helpful when you ring for advice. Have just bought my second umbrella from them. Unfortunately I did not take the harsh Queensland weather into consideration when I bought my first - was trying to save $$$. Always a mistake. Anyway, Shade Australia is my supplier of choice and I highly recommend them and their products.
