Great product
It took 27 days from placing the order online to the umbrella arriving at rural NSW address took. I had to do the chasing up with Shade Australia and the freight carrier to find out its whereabouts. The umbrella itself is 10/10, good materials, sturdy and exactly as advertised. They are 100 times better than the patio umbrellas from hardware stores. Second time purchasing from Shade Australia (over a 3 year span) and I'm happy that they have maintain the quality of the materials used. The company could improve with logistics as I remember the first time I ordered there were also logistics issues.

After a long search we have the umbrella we were looking for
We have been looking for a long time to find a high quality umbrella to replace our old one that finally gave up after more than 10 years. It was much more difficult than it should have been to find something that combined quality and a reasonable price. We finally found what we were looking for with Shade Australia. It arrived quickly and was exactly what we had been searching for. The details and description online were accurate and helpful with our decision making. The quality of the umbrella is excellent. So sturdy and well made. We hope it lasts as long as our previous one!
