Love the shaggy stringer hoodies, great design and fabric feels way nicer than regular hoodies. I would definitely size up more than you think if you want an oversized fit. Exchange system is easy as and delivery is so so fast. Customer service is great and communication is quick. Love this brand and would 100% recommend and buy more!

Heaps nice hats and good quality for a good price, my missus bought me my first one as a present and I’ve gotten two more! there comfy as and don’t give me a headache, only bad thing is I don’t have the white and red one aha.

I ordered a hoodie and when I received it, there was a massive size difference to the dimensions stated on the website, by at least 100mm in length. I emailed Shaggy and they got back to me saying they think I've got a mislabeled hoodie and sent me the next size up. This hoodie showed up and is also 100mm short of the sizes stated on the website. A third hoodie was sent with a different design and it also come short of the measurements stated on the website. Shaggy were very helpful with refund and exchanges, however it was really frustrating to receive three hoodies that were all wrong and the admin to go with it. I hope Shaggy review their sizes and dimensions on their website as well as contact their supplier to sort this issue for future customers. I want to support local small businesses, but this makes it hard.

I’ve been a customer for a bit, but every time I buy I am still surprised by the quality and detail that goes into each piece! I put my friends on, the brand is so original and cool. It’s not just a copy paste product like other surf brands out there. I really like Shaggy’s stickers and their pink products. Shipping is also really great and comes within the time frame it gives.
