The site is easy to use and my order was delivered within 48hrs. Excellent.
However, I have been finishing all the fresh food in my fridge so have not sampled any shakes yet.
I wanted to have the product ready but was astonished by the speedy delivery.
Thank you.

Great for those that require a Gluten Free Diet.
I was surprised unlike most other companies of the same nature, Shake That Weight have Gluten Free products. Just a shame that I wasn't able to take advantage of all GF products as quite a number were out of stock... Hopefully next time I will have a little more luck!!

The shakes were an excellent mix with skimmed milk and quite filling, beautiful taste too. I also loved the meals, the down side being...just when you are beginningto relish the taste, its finished...lol!
However, the lemon cheese cake was not included in my package so i guess you owe me 3 shakes!
Overall, its been very effectiv3 for me in my weight loss plan.I lost 4.4kg in one week!
Thanks so much.
