I have used slim fast café latte for a long long time, I order it from Amazon and I can prove that in the past couple of yearsI have ordered it 48 times and that’s 48 times of six at a time probably more than that.
Recently I had a complaint because it had a very funny undertaste. I looked on Google and other people were complaining about it as well. I contacted Slim fast first of all I tried the phone number they gave which hung up after about a minute and I tried four times.
I’m 73 years old and I’m disgusted at the lack of cooperation with this company. I have sent them proof of what I’ve ordered, but they still are just ignoring me.
I have sent them the information they requested and still they ignore me. I am utterly disgusted with this company and will never ever buy their product again…

I have been a loyal customer with Slimfast for many years. The new recipe for the powdered shakes they taste really horrible and are not filling. Unless slimfast go back to their original recipe like other customers have mentioned on here and on social media about the meal replacement shakes taste really horrible, I will also look for alternative meal replacement shakes until they go back to their original recipe they lost me as a customer. If there is nothing wrong with a product don’t change it!! Why ruin a good thing?! You will lose loads of customers. Also their salted caramel meal replacement bar tastes really horrible and it’s too sweet! Myself and my mother didn’t like it, the online reviews on boots, Superdrug and Amazon say the same thing. Customers says it tastes vile and sickeningly sweet. The taste testers for slimfast should be fired! Does anyone at slimfast actually taste anything before putting products into production and selling it to customers?! I brought 5 boxes of salted caramel meal replacement bars which are all going in the bin, they are inedible what a waste. Honestly it tastes really horrible and too sweet! The dark chocolate and cranberry meal replacement bars and the chocolate fudge meal replacement bars are ok. Their snack bars are really good but they need to go back to their old formula for powdered shakes, ready to drink shakes and the old meal replacement bars were way better before changing it to the new recipe. I read online that Slimfast has changed hands 5 times and the new company that took it over has changed the recipes and a lot of people online reviews and on social media are complaining that they should go back to the original recipes because the new ones are horrible. Slimfast will lose a lot of customers!

I have enjoyed slimfast cafe latte shakes for some time as part of my weight maintenance regime, but the batch I bought a few weeks ago tasted like it had been contaminated with detergent or disinfectant. I thought it was just a bad batch, but the latest batch I purchased turned out to be the same; they must have changed the formula. It now has a very unpleasant, chemical taste which is extremely disappointing. Regrettably, I will not be buying any more.

Suffered with an eating disorder for years. Started using slim fast shakes just to get some nutrients back in my body as most protien shakes dont inclyde the vitamins and minerals. I am now a month into eating properly but still have 2 shakes a day with oat or almond milk have all the flavors and enjoy them all. Im at my ideal weight now and feel good 😀

Am really very shocked by the behaviour of SlimFast.

They promised a bundle of their goods in exchange for completing a survey but never sent the goods and are now uncontactable. My sister had the same experience.

Will avoid purchasing from them in the future.

I’ve been a loyal slim fast user for over 9 years, for my job they were the perfect meal replacement. The latte slim fast shakes dated 10/26 onwards there is a terrible chemical taste, making them undrinkable. I’ve tried to raise the issue twice but have yet to have a response.

Completed a survey to receive a free sample pack from Slim Fast to find out that this is essentially another data capture and only a competition for the first 500 Applicants (which no one tends to receive).

Was genuinely interested to sample some of their products but now I feel misled and have little trust in this company.

Disappointed, but I guess this kind of trickery somewhat works for them.

Bought some protein crisp and upon eating them something unusual was attached to the crisp which I removed from my mouth which was a piece of plastic. I reported it to customer service and given a case number and replied with a picture/evidence. They advised they would send me an envelope to return it back to them. Called today and they said they have not received a picture and to send from another email address which I have now done. I have also not received the return envelope. The customer service person I spoke to was rude and talked over me. Asked to speak to a manager got told not available.

Can see why the new meal replacement bars are currently on offer - they are barely edible . Synthetic / oversweet/ ultra processed .
Will be trusting the recommendation of reviewer who recommends Cambridge bars and binning the Slimfast today - agree with others who loved your choc orange bars which were axed years ago - afraid Slimfast has gone downhill fast ever since .

Beloofde ruim twee weken geleden al iets in orde te maken (terug te betalen), maar laten niets meer van zich horen. En het geld daar kun je naar fluiten. Oplichters zijn het!

What has happened to the new meal replacement bars...the texture feels strange and the taste is really unpleasant (more synthetic). Not sure why they changed them but I won't be buying them again. I love the shakes but don't want to have two of them a day.

Recently come back to Slim Fast which is me all over. Lose the weight, put on the weight repeat.
Having now tried Vanilla, Strawberry and Banana I have fallen in love with dinner and lunch times again. Its going really well because I am full and comforted. You do get irritated with youself if its this easy why let the weight come back. I then get really healthy food to maintain a healthy diet. Loving my fruit, veg and fish as a side order :). Almost starter main and dessert :)

I love the vanilla slimfast shakes but why, oh why did they change the packaging for more plastic??? This is not environmentally friendly. It has really put me off buying the skakes now. Please go back to your original packaging like Amazon or better still replace with a rubber lid or something and pre-packaged sachets to make it more portable.

They use to have berry vegan slimfast, they stopped selling it. I could had that with water and gave me all nutrients without eating , stop selling it. I don’t understand why when I like something and they been selling it crazy , they were making profit out of that they stopped selling it.

New meal replacement bars taste disgusting .Really sweet but not in a nice way .Rocky road I can hardly get .Gone on to Tesco bars now loads better .

I used to love the chocolate and orange meal replacement bars but the new ones are disgusting with a horrible aftertaste. I hope you can still get the original ones as won’t be buying the new ones again. I have been using the Cambridge bars which are lovely and if your recipe makers try these compared to your new ones they will taste the difference.

The new meal replacement bars are disgusting & leave a horrible after taste.
The products have always been good but these are awful, I hope the old ones don't disappear.

I buy Slimfast from Amazon and I am now 7 weeks in,(2 a day with a meal in evening, some snacks) and have lost almost a stone.
I feel good, sometimes hungry but that is what happens when you want to lose weight! You have to be determined and Slimfast appears to provide essential vitamins etc, no issues with taste,and I don't really eat a lot of sweet things at all.I use Almond milk too.

I have been on this diet for 1 week now I have 2 shakes a day one for breakfast and one for lunch I usually get hungry in between lunch and dinner so I snack of peppers or pineapple and for dinner I have a chicken breast fried in water and a side of baby potatoes boiled in the same pan as broccoli and cut up some more pepper for another side I have lost. 6 pounds just this one week 100% reccomend dont listen to the loaners they gave up to easily

Ive been having the "old"meal replacement bars for abt a year to maintain my weight, they work fine and taste delicious-crunchy and not too sweet, . A week ago I bought 2 packets of the new bars-1)dark choc with cranberries and 2)fudge. I have just tried them and they are disgusting! Soft, no texture at all and soooo sweet! Ive just thrown the remaing bars away. If it aint broke- dont try to fix it Slimfast!
