I've wanted to start a YouTube channel for a year now but didn't know where to get started. Shane, his team, and the Content Growth Engine content have made it incredibly easy to help me find a path for my channel. I highly recommend the courses and coach Jimmy!

This program is WELL worth every penny! In the first month alone, I gained so many new skills. The structure of the program is laid out in a way that is very logical and comprehensive. My coach and all the teachers are amazing, SO knowledgable, helpful, and wonderful to interact with. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone looking for ways to reach new clients or customers and/or transition into doing the work you feel you were born to do and be supported for it. After attending the webinar and a 15 minute strategy call, I went into my 1 hour “demo call” expecting a demonstration of the actual program I’d be using. Instead, much of the conversation seemed focused on thinking bigger (was told wanting $5-$10k per month within 6 months was selling myself short... why not $30k, $40k?), not to overthink the decision, and to base my decision on what is possible. Even though I don't yet have a channel, and don't have a big ticket program to lead people to. I get how to dream big, but also understand being realistic :) After 15 minutes of this I asked for a demo and was shown a few presentation slides outlining what topics are covered during an onboarding call, the benefits of support & community, and some case studies - basically a condensed rehashing of Shane’s webinar. Even though I repeatedly asked, I never got a demo of how the Content Growth Engine actually works.

But before making an investment of nearly $10,000, I need to understand what I’m purchasing - not simply what the potential outcome might be.

Was told how often I’m supposed to meet with coaches & that they’d hold my hand throughout. But specific questions and concerns were dismissed or answered generally or vaguely - and then Ryan rushed to get off the call because he had 20 more calls that day. I’m not sure if he even runs a YT channel or is simply a sales guy who doesn’t actually KNOW the answers to my questions.

So I sent a follow up email asking for clarity on things like could I see an actual demo of the system? After being told the AI did the bulk of the script writing, pre-production AND post production, I’d asked what it specifically handles, and what I am expected to handle in terms of the production (beyond filming of course). I was told I’d have access to the AI system AFTER the 6 months of coaching is up, but I don’t know what that means or includes (since I never got a demo), so asked for clarity on that - what I have access to, and for how long, and what I lose access to - and if there is any additional cost associated. (During the call he told me there was no additional cost but that their goal is to upsell me later). Asked if there is any guarantee offered.

I received no reply to my email.

Apparently wanting to understand what I’m purchasing BEFORE I purchase it means I’m not a fit for them. Which is fine because I’m guessing if they’d answered my questions fully I’d have decided they are not for me. I’m not spending $10k on hope and a promise of a strategy.

I love Jimmy at CGE!!! He is knowledgeable, experienced and full of ideas. He explains things in a way that a newbie can understand.

As an author and researcher, people have been telling me to get onto YouTube, but I barely ever did anything because I was always so overwhelmed by what content to do, what research to do, how to cut the information down to bite size morsels for social media, and how to make money off of book sales, consulting, and other businiess ventures; but, CGE DID IT ALL!!!!! FOR THE FIRST TIME, I HAD A DIRECTION AND A FOCUS WITHOUT BEING OVERWHELMED. Before CGE, I would post a video, and no one but me would view it, even after months, and sometimes less than a thousand views after a decade, but after beginning with CGE, I reached 1 thousand views in 3 days with just my 3rd video by following their advice. I couldn't believe it, and I am so excited to see what happens by the end of the six-month program. I was given an amazing coach who is directly experienced with my topic for content creation, which I was secretly hoping for - an experienced coach of my niche. Everyone, both staff and fellow students, have been emotionally and technically supportive as I plunge into this world of content creation. This company is such a blessing, and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to become a professional YouTuber. DO IT! IF YOU WANT TO BE A YOUTUBER, JUST DO IT!

Before I started working with Content Growth Engine (CGE), I really had no idea how to structure my videos or actually reach people on YouTube. Even though I have over 32 years of business and marketing experience, translating that into a solid channel strategy was way harder than I expected. Jimmy Marshall was a huge help in getting me to focus on what actually matters and teaching me the basic tools to execute everything properly. I was curious and thinking about getting into content creation when I came across Shane Hummus' CGE. I've found the CGE program to be very comprehensive, and learning the Icahn method is challenging for me, but at least it provides an established guideline for predicting which video topics may perform well. I'm grateful to Daniel and the rest of the CGE team for accommodating my slow pace and supporting me despite my busy schedule.

I got a lot from the program. I value the community and the coaching sessions the most. They both helped me to learn and grow my understanding of what works for me and what works overall on YouTube. Great Experience with Shane Hummus

I had a great experience working with Shane Hummus and his team while getting started with my YouTube channel. They were very helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process.

Unfortunately, due to some personal circumstances, I had to withdraw from the program. I really appreciated how understanding they were about my situation and how quickly and professionally they handled my refund.

Even though I wasn’t able to complete the program, I’m very thankful for the experience and the help I received. I would definitely recommend Shane Hummus and his team to anyone looking for guidance and support in starting a YouTube channel!
