Doctors on testimonials are not REAL

I research and fact check before I buy anything. I wanted to buy the ShapeShine pendant for a while. I saw the 4 "specialists" with their photos on the website promoting the product such as a Neurologist, Doctor etc. I could not find ANY information that these people actually exist anywhere. The photos are stock photos. The specialists are not listed on the association websites which is normal if you want a license ... any medical professional will be listed and we can look them up. I contacted ShapeShine who claimed the specialists could not found because of privacy protection and that the testomonials are outdated. Both answers make no sense. I asked if these were REAL specialists simple yes or no before I buy your product and go not answer. Clearly this is fraudulent to market FAKE doctors for their product. Disappointed. And the return policy is bogus. Can only return unused in packaging if the item is broken. The ratings here are pretty bad. 1 star not so good. The stones are not even real so this company seems fraudulent.

I wore the pendant constantly

I wore the pendant constantly. The only time I took it off is to shower. It did nothing for me. I called and wrote them about returning them. They will not take a return. These things. Don’t really work. Sorry to say I kind of had my hopes up just like many others.

Dear Janice, To clarify the situation, a full refund is available only for items returned in new, unused condition. Since the item had already been used, our support team offered a 50% refund as a goodwill option.
If you wished to pursue a full refund, you could initiate the return process so the item could be reviewed according to our return policy. This process requires confirmation and follow-up, but we did not receive a response to proceed.

The only RF-reducing product that works!

I have tried several other "RF reducing" products, but none of them seems to make any difference for me.

But when I saw videos of the Shapeshine pendant reducing RF, I knew I had to give it a try.

As soon as I got mine, I took my RF meter and confirmed it actually does reduce RF when I put it by my cell phone or home Wi-Fi tower.

Starting the first night I wore it (I wore and still wear it when I sleep), I got a full 4 hours of sleep before waking up. Since then, I typically get 3.5 to 4 hours of sleep like this. Before, I would wake up basically once every hour.

I seem to be more alert and have a bit more energy throughout the day also.

I admit that I was not happy that 3 of my first set of pendants (between my wife and I) had the blue stone fall off and get lost. Not sure if it was still working. But the latest set of pendants still have the stones on them, so, hopefully Shapeshine figured out a way to make the stones more secure.

Thanks for a truly working product for my health!

I ordered two necklaces and did not receive them. Their answer was for me to research it and figure it out as they stated that it was delivered to me.
I asked for them to send me out another necklace but no positive response from them.
I do NOT recommend this company for their products.

Buyer Beware …. Scam once again !

I’ve wrote and asked when I would receive they never responded never received the merchandise it’s a scam sadly but after reading the reviews here sounds like the product is crap on top of it !

Quality is shocking - heavy poor materials, stone fell out of both pendants within a week.

No replacement honoured, terrible customer service from “Lilly & The ShapeShine Team” - change you company name to FakeShine, it would suit your business better!!

I ordered three pendants for my family from shade shine it’s trash! I didn’t feel any difference I actually feel like an idiot for wearing a piece of metal around my neck with a fake stone

I got mine in..

I got mine in... First it's huge.. semi heavy... Adjustable toggle no chain... Not as expected for the cost. I looked into this item and the claims further and come to find out they are being banned in Europe for causing cancer?

Sent many emails regarding weeks with no response from this online webpage company

I've sent you many emails.

They sent two of the wrong style necklaces so only have one style I presume!?

No email verification of order

No receipt And no invoice sent out with orders...

No email contact after direct contact through their own website contact page.

Clearly shows they are out to defraud customers.

With no email invoice or receipt accompanying the fake necklaces no one can meet your supposed return policy... And your refusal to respond and engage with queries through your own website the following can not be me...

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We currently do not provide you with return shipping labels. The item should be in our PO Box before the 30 days have passed after your item shows delivered by the shipping company.

We will only be able to cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing your order. If more than 24 hours have passed we are unable to proceed with the cancellation request.
