Do not waste your time and money with Sharaf DG.
I booked a 65-inch Samsung OLED TV on 27 June. The salesperson clearly promised that it would be delivered by 30 June, or 1 July at the latest.
When the TV was not delivered, I spent three consecutive days (30 June, 1 July, and 2 July) constantly following up with customer support. Every day they assured me, "It will be delivered today." Then, in the evening, they would say, "It will be delivered tomorrow." This continued for three days.
After making me wait and repeatedly giving false promises, they finally informed me that the delivery would take another three weeks because the TV was out of stock.
I then visited the City Centre Sharjah store. Instead of resolving the issue, they started offering me different TV brands that were in stock. They admitted that the Samsung 65-inch OLED model was unavailable.
I requested them to cancel my order and process a full refund.
My advice to everyone: If Sharaf DG does not have the product in stock, do not make the payment based only on their delivery promise. Confirm that the item is physically available before paying. Otherwise, they may keep your money for weeks and then try to persuade you to buy another brand instead of delivering what you originally ordered.
This has been a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I have had absolutely dreadful experiences with Sharaf DG and so has almost everyone I know who used them. I strongly advise people not to make any major purchases with them, as they will absolutely cheat, lie, and treat you with disrespect. For example, I bought a laptop and paid for warranty, and when it broke I was treated awfully at every stage:
1) They charged me 20 BD, took the laptop for over a month, and returned it still broken
2) When I tried to get answers about this, I was treated very rudely and aggressively by customer service, who responded by yelling at me
3) Eventually, I finally got it back partially fixed, though still with loose screws and cracks in the case.
4) The actually replaced part broke a few weeks later, and I was asked to pay another 20 BD to fix it again
5) When I complained about this, they told me I could either pay or break the laptop completely
6) When they took it, they eventually told me the repair was too expensive and they would not make it, and that I would be getting a voucher worth a fraction of the price of the laptop (the actual amount they won't disclose yet, for some reason it will be "48 hours+ inshallah")
They have been rude, incompetent, and dishonest in all of my interactions with them. I will never make another purchase with this dreadful company. The warranty in particular is just an excuse to take more money from you over time, and will not be honoured if your device breaks. I hope by posting this review I can save others from wasting their time and money.

I called customer service several times but all that i get to ehar the request is under process. This is like a scam and money making idea.. 1 Star – Disappointing Experience from Purchase to After-Sales Support
I purchased an ASUS laptop from Sharaf DG Mall of the Emirates after discussing several options with the sales team. The salesperson and sales manager recommended ASUS and explained that, in the event of any warranty issue, repairs would normally take around 5–7 working days and that a replacement solution could be provided if necessary.
Unfortunately, my actual experience has been completely different.
The laptop was submitted for warranty repair almost 20 days ago, and I am still waiting. I have not received a replacement device, a replacement laptop, or a refund. The only update I continue to receive is that the required spare part has not yet arrived.
Had I known that a warranty repair could leave me without my laptop for weeks with no clear timeline or alternative solution, I would have seriously reconsidered my purchase decision.
I trusted the advice provided at the time of sale and expected a level of after-sales support that matched those expectations. Sadly, the reality has been very disappointing.
This experience has significantly reduced my confidence in both the product recommendation process and the after-sales support provided.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the poor customer service I experienced today, 22 May 2026, at your Granada Mall branch, Riyadh, KSA
I visited the branch to purchase an accessory for an iPhone; however, the staff assigned at the counter demonstrated a very unprofessional approach. Unfortunately, they were not helpful, lacked proper manners, and did not show any interest in assisting customers appropriately.
Customer service and professionalism are essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and reflecting the company’s standards. I strongly believe that the staff concerned require further orientation and training regarding customer care, communication skills, and professional conduct.
I hope this matter will be addressed seriously to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S25 from SharafDG's website. When delivered, the the box was sealed and it looked fine so I didn't think too much about it. When I unboxed it though, the cable was loosely thrown in the box, the protective foil was already removed from the screen and I could clearly see fingerprints on the frame of the phone.
With all these in mind, I contacted Samsung themselves to see if they can tell me when was the phone first used. After checking with the IMEI code, they confirmed to me the phone was already activated ONE WEEK BEFORE I EVEN PLACED THE ORDER.
So basically SharafDG took a already used device, put it in a box, resealed it and sold it as a brand new device.
The worst part is that I don't know why it was opened in the first place. For all I know they could have installed a tracker or something to collect data in it and then sealed it back.
I contacted them in order to resolve the issue, but their customer support wasn't helpful in the slightest.
The best I can do at this point in time is to warn others and hopefully save them the trouble of going through what I did.
Update as of March 26th.
I was told by SharafDG's customer service that they forwarded my issue to the relevant department (I've been told this before and they did nothing at all).
I will update this review again if they actually do something this time.

Very Disappointed to the service and to the customer service. I ordered Iphone 17 pro max on Nov 20, 2025 but until now i didn't receive it yet. I've been communicating to the customer agent they said they don't know regarding to the delivery services. I purchased a new washing machine and was told by the delivery representative to return my old unit. I was informed that the old unit would be evaluated, and I would be paid for its value. I had already received an offer from a third-party buyer, but the delivery representative advised me to have the unit checked at the warehouse, and the company would pay the assessed value for convenience. I agreed and was instructed to submit the form online with the details of my old unit.
However, months passed, and we did not receive any response. When I contacted customer service, they said they would conduct an investigation, but I still received no follow-up. Recently, while reviewing my old messages, I remembered my request and sent a message this month. I was then told that they had no record of it and were asking for proof.
I have purchased many items from this company and considered them reliable, but I was wrong. This is very poor customer service. It is extremely disappointing to see a company fail to stand behind its loyal customers.

I purchased a Samsung S24 Ultra (12GB + 256GB) from Sharaf DG, Oman – Muscat Grand Mall on 08-Aug-2025. After using it for about a month, I noticed something was wrong.
Initially, I didn’t pay much attention to the camera quality, but when my colleague compared it with his Samsung S23 FE, we found that the S24 Ultra’s photo quality was unexpectedly worse. This made me suspicious.
Out of curiosity, I registered my device on the Samsung website and discovered that the warranty ends on 03-May-2026 instead of 08-Aug-2026. That meant the device had already been activated three months before my purchase date.
I immediately contacted Samsung through their 24/7 chat service, and they confirmed the device was activated on 03-May-2025, proving it was used before I bought it.
I then emailed Sharaf DG, copying the Consumer Protection Authority. Within 15 minutes, I got a call from Sharaf DG. They admitted the issue and said they would replace the device.
On 26-Sep-2025, I went to their store. During the discussion:
An employee admitted the phone came from Dubai, already activated, and was sold for 270 OMR (while their website later increased the price to 300 OMR).
The manager, however, claimed it may have been a “mistake.”
I requested a full refund, including the 45W charger adapter I had purchased separately. At first, they refused, saying the charger could be used with other devices. After argument, they agreed to refund both the phone and charger.
I also requested a refund for the screen protection, but they refused, saying it was non-refundable. I argued that since they sold me a used/defective device, I should not bear this cost.
After further discussion, they offered me a replacement with a 300 OMR S24 Ultra. I was skeptical again, so I checked the new device’s activation status. Samsung confirmed (via IMEI 1) that this replacement device was indeed not previously activated.
Key Red Flag to Check Before Buying:
If the purchase date does not match the warranty period, it means the device was already activated before you bought it. Always log in to Samsung’s website and confirm your warranty.
This experience was extremely frustrating. Being sold a used device at the price of a new one is unacceptable. I will never purchase from Sharaf DG again.

I booked an Iphone 17 Pro Max way before launch date on 13th Sept 2025. While prebooking they mentioned delivery date as 19th Sept 2025 and for prebooking means also delivery on Launch date but its been 2 weeks I have not received the phone. While on checking with the customer support they are simply denying to give any delivery date and said prebooking doesn't guarantee you of the delivery on time. Not even agreeing to take any complaint and even when I told them I will complaint to DED or take legal actions they simply said I can go with that.

I had a disappointing online experience. Two days after placing my order (), I was informed of unexpected hidden charges exceeding 700 AED for my area. When I attempted to change the delivery area, I was surprised to find that my order had been canceled without my action. The customer care agent insisted that I had clicked the cancel button, despite my repeated confirmation that I did not.

I had my worst experience with them!! they will not honor their extended warranty plan and repair my washing machine! I finally had to pay from my own pocket to get the washing machine repaired as I cannot wait anymore for their action!

I purchased a Samsung washing machine with an extended warranty from Sharaf DG. When the machine developed a serious fault within the warranty period, it was declared non-repairable. Instead of a repair or replacement, I was offered a depreciated voucher, which I find unfair and not aligned with the warranty promise. This experience has been disappointing, and I expected better customer support and commitment to after-sales service. The response from customer service was significantly delayed, and I received contradictory information from different call center agents. To add to the frustration, I was asked to evaluate services that were never actually delivered. This has been a disappointing experience and raises serious concerns about the value of the extended warranty and the reliability of after-sales service.

I’ve had two disappointing experiences at the Sharaf DG store in Mirdif City Centre that show a serious lack of honesty from the staff:
Laptop Purchase: My sister asked specifically for a black laptop. The salesperson assured her that black was available. But when she got home, the laptop turned out to be silver. We later found out this model doesn't even come in black, meaning the salesperson completely lied just to make a sale.
Apple Watch Purchase (03/05/2025): My sister bought an Apple Watch Series 10 and was told it doesn’t come with any warranty, unless she pays an extra AED 215 for one year. She paid, but later we found out that Apple provides a 1-year warranty by default. They misled her into paying extra for something that was already included.
This is unacceptable and unethical. It’s clear the staff is either not properly trained or is deliberately misleading customers. I hope Sharaf DG takes this seriously and improves their service.

Recently I have purchased the Siemens Dishwasher IQ500 from Sharaf DG.First they messed with the delivery and later on they delivered the used dishwasher. The packaging was open from top and there was water filled inside the drain area and there were stains of water on the door.Since last 8 days am following up the return but no one is cooperating. I have bought it from Mirdif city center store. In future I will never buy any item from Sharaf DG store nor I will recommend anyone to buy from there. This is complete case of cheating.
