Despite raising a complaint to Sharaf DG support team and several follow ups I didnt get any reply from the relevant team.
Very bad customer service and worst customer experience.

Negative 0. This is my rate for Sharaf DG. Following my review earlier. I received an email from Sharaf DG today at exactly 8:04 AM, Dec 21, 2022 informing me that the item, whirlpool washing machine, has already been delivered. Worst. This is the worst of the worst. I filed a cancellation request yesterday because the product has never been delivered and today early morning they said the product has already been delivered! What a nuisance! So, again I placed a call to their customer service informing them of their error, miscalculation, mistake, or blunder, whatever that is...The amount of torture I received from this retailer is never ending! I just wish that the government will penalize this retailer! I am telling you all, DO NOT BUY from this retailer! DO NOT TORTURE YOURSELF!

Don’t bother, if you can get the item from somewhere else.. please do and save yourself the nightmare.
Terrible customer service (if they answer your call, open their WhatsApp or even look up and see there is a customer in the store waiting to be served)
Terrible service and support… 2 weeks = 2 months (because of their incompetence and lack of communication).
They won’t even bother to communicate with you to let you know it’s delayed. The manager really does not know how to deal with people.
Just don’t
P.S: To Sharaf DG, don’t even bother replying with the default auto response. I’m leaving the review to save others from dealing with you.

Worst customer service I think I have ever encountered. They broke delivery promises and customer experience promises related to their worthless “Brand Promise”. As per their terms and conditions, 24hours is actually 48hours or more. Terms and conditions vary depending on which one of their documents you read. I was given a myriad of excuses and lied to on multiple occasions. They will say anything to get out of promises and commitments in my experience, I even had evidence in writing and still they refuted their promises and commitments.
Their store managers response to my complaint was “If your not happy go to Dubai Economic Department”. What sort of response is that?
After leaving a poor review on their website I got the standard response of “Please contact support”, 3 store visits and 6 times making contact with their so called support department and no resolution, just a further waste of time.
Well guess what…. I did contact “Dubai Economic Department” and their “Smart Satisfaction” service. Only after taking action with the local authorities did I get my complaint resolved, thank goodness I written evidence of their miss doing.
I will never be able to trust this company again unfortunately.
I bet they even leave their standard empty promise response to this review!

Horrible shopping experience with Sharaf DG canceling my order and keeping my money. The customer service is an equally worthless resource, as they are trained not to adress the issues and only to ask for understanding with copy and paste, one size fits all templates responses.
Highly advisable to stay away from Sharaf DG. But, if you face an issue, raise a complaint with the Dubai Government Consumer Rights Department. They are highly effective dealing with abusive bussiness practices like the ones used by Sharaf DG.

I ordered a laptop cooling pad from SharafDG as a first-time online buyer. The pad was delivered with a piece broken off at the perimeter. Customer service is not responding to the replacement request. This is how you permanently lose customers for such a low-value item. Clearly, I will never buy from them again but I will also make sure to tell everyone about this horrible customer service experience.
Update on above
SharafDG customer service informed me that the item was dispatched in good condition and that their courier company mishandled it and I should take it up with them. Clearly SharafDG has no idea how e-commerce works. I’m just happy it was a low value item and not a computer, TV, or washing machine.

Ordered perfume Dior jadore, received a cheap copy. Everything is different. Packing, color, smell. And seems that the bottle is not completely filled, as if the perfume has already been used . After sent the email that the product was not original and attached photos of items ,I was told “ is to inform you that all Sharaf DG products are completely brand new and authentic. Please note that Sharaf DG offers the return/exchange of only sealed/packed products within 7 days from the date of purchase” .Seriously?

@sharafdgoman well what a saga! I bought a display fridge at full price and once delivered it was broken. 4 hours of phone calls to try and resolve yet no one seems to listen to what the actual issue is for me and I’ve already had enough of trying to sort out a service and product failure that could have been resolved so easily and quickly. Will I buy from Sharaf again VERY unlikely.

I bought a laptop from this store online, the laptop did not switch on at all right after opening the box. I called store for return and refund. It took them few days before arranging collection. I brought the laptop myself to their store but stores dont want to accept returns from online purchase and asked me to wait for collection from my house. Laptop was collected but even after a week no confirmation of collection or status of refund. Today they are refusing to refund saying that laptop has a scratch and fault is mine.
What kind of scratch would cause a laptop not to work? And returning it in less than 7days is not even warrantied for a refund. This makes me think this store sells fake items and does this kind of scam to their customers. Now it is a hassle that I have to file a case in court for this one as company refuse to accept responsibility. So dont ever buy from this store.
After numerous email to the given email ID by support ,also given by the reply below, case was closed without action or any response or any other form of communication notifying or updating me on how they came to whatever resolution this company arrived at.

when I came to Sharaf DG to buy new laptop salesman advised me model Acer Swift 5. One of advantage he mentioned very long battery life - up to 13 hours. I found sticker with 8 hours battery life - it's much less but enough for me because my flights usually not more than 5-6 hours. But when I checked - battery last 3 hours only which is much less than 8 hours. Inspite of promises SharafDG told 3 hours is normal & does not want to change laptop. 3 months my laptop spent in service center without any result

worst online experience ever..
i made 2 online purchase and neither they dint delivered nor returned the money... it took whole 2 months to return my monies into my credit card..
call center experience was horrible as they couldn't explain why my order dint delivered nor cancelling... top of all i'm a DG Privileged Customer by paying an additional 159 dirhams..if this is what they're service to so called Privileged Customers i cant guess how they will treat normal walk in customers..
