I cannot recommend this company based on our experience. They did not arrive within the scheduled pickup window on multiple occasions, but instead attempted pickup when our office was closed and then billed us for the missed service.

When I reached out to address the timing issue, I was informed that the charges would still apply and was additionally charged a contract termination fee, even though the service was not provided as agreed. An agreement should be upheld by both parties.

I made several good-faith efforts to resolve the matter, including proposing a reasonable compromise, but there was no willingness to work toward a resolution. The balance has since been sent to collections, despite my explanation of the situation.

Overall, this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience marked by inflexible policies and poor customer service.

We have had Sharps Compliance for several years and they have provided us with containers for our sharps. During their most recent pick up, the employee said the container is wrong for the sharps. We explained that they provided the container to us. She still refused to pick up and when we called their customer service, they said we will still be billed for the pick up even if they did not pick up anything. We are going to find another company to dispose of our sharps. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY WILL STILL BILL YOU EVEN IF IT'S THEIR MISTAKE.

It is the most terrible waste disposal company I have ever seen. They didn't show up according to the schedule, and we had to chase them multiple times. Finally, we ended the contract and hired another more reliable company. You should avoid it too!
