I felt the company cared about my custom
Unfortunately I had a dispute with Sharrocks over an administrative issue. What impressed me was the way that the matter was dealt with and resolved by the Company. A personal involvement by the MD and a full explanation was given. This was in stark contrast to the all too often standard replies given out by organisations. I felt I mattered as a customer and will be using the company again
