Tried several attempts to place an order for delivery to Jersey, as the website states they do deliver there. At checkout get error message that they do not deliver to my address. Emailed SHD and was told it was down to Royal Mail's system. Rubbish! I get parcel deliveries all the time from UK initiated by Royal Mail. My Last email to SHD simply asking them to check that my address was input correctly by me on my new account with them was not even replied to. Lack of care in SHD "customer services" is all that I have witnessed to date. My money was spent elsewhere - oh and with delivery through Royal Mail !! Who knew ??

It was big and great experience.
Because of some stupid automatic filling,my address was totally messed and not delivered. Only because wrong address. SHD perfectly responded to my email and posted my item immediatelly, when was returned by RM. Really happy how it was sorted. Many thanks. For sure, will be back if needed again
