I was a bit worried after reading some reviews but I went ahead and ordered. It was a better price than anywhere else and was sent via Royal Mail with a tracking number. So all in all very happy.

I originally gave 2 stars ,i e used this company a few times ,never a problem,yesterday received 20 week cyle no needles no swabs well 1 needle ,had a message from claire apologising and have despatched needles and swabs,so touch wood all good

The syringes provided were high quality, easy to handle, and clearly labeled, which helped ensure safe and efficient use.

My dog was given an unexpected diabetes diagnosis and I was tasked with buying a certain syringe with a certain needle size, it was quite overwhelming and I needed them urgently. I found Medbasic on Google and gave them a try. The information was so clear even I could understand it and it was delivered in 2 days which was amazing and great appreciated

Response to the nonsense reply: ChatGPT response received this morning stating delivery timescale issues likely a glitch. Either way, order before 6:30pm for next day delivery was advertised, so that is why I paid, and that is what I expected. Review left in November following an order in August, as the issue was reported and completely ignored at the time! Their own automated review system, which they cherry pick reviews from, times out so I came to Trustpilot to see other shocking experiences and to leave my own. To be fair, Claire did offer a full refund on postage this morning, and when I accepted it, she ignored it again, didn’t refund, and came to Trustiplot to tell everyone about it! 😂 Genius.

Echo all other 1-star reviews. Pay next-day delivery which doesn't happen. The first email to complain gets ghosted. The second email, sent before a a potential repeat order, gets a dismissive response from Claire stating delivery timescales that were not advertised when placing the order.

Website has a clear "Order with X for next day delivery", that appears to be faulty and provided timescales for 6:30pm cutoff rather than 3:30pm. I expect many others to be in the same position. Ignore it and search for a similar company selling a similar product with far better customer relations.

Don't believe their 3rd party on-site reviews which can be cherry-picked and base your purchasing decision based on actual reviews via Trustpilot.

They haven't sent my order or as far as i can tell even processed it. Feels like I've been conned which is stupid for the sake of 12 quid. Will never be ordering from here again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else does either.
