We recently had our EPC certificate done and were very impressed with the service Lydia provided. We booked her in the day before and she was professional, punctual, and explained everything clearly throughout the process. The assessment was carried out efficiently and the certificate was provided quickly afterwards. Very good experience overall and we would definitely use her again in the future.

Lydia was excellent from start to finish, demonstrating real care in producing an accurate EPC for the building. In the past, we’ve had surveys where default assumptions were applied with little attention to detail, resulting in unfairly low ratings for what are actually high-performing properties. Lydia took a very different approach and worked closely with us throughout, ensuring we provided the correct evidence and information so the assessment truly reflected the building’s performance.

Thanks to her thoroughness and professionalism, the final rating properly captured the significant improvements made across the house. I can’t recommend Lydia highly enough.
