Great bedding but I got the one with the blue banding around the edge and for the cost it is extremely annoying that the blue ran on the first wash. Don't have the recept so now I've waisted hundreds on bedding

I ordered a couple of bath mats which were just expensive small towels . I returned these on 16th august at my own expense and with several emails, I’m still waiting for my refund. I will never buy from through their website again. Shocking service from a large company

Wrong sizing info on their website resulted in incorrect size fitted sheet being ordered. That’s fine, these things happen. But there were no return instructions, no returns label included. Several emails required to customer services to get a returns label - received 2 weeks after initial contact. Then another 10 days have passed and still no acknowledgment or refund. Simply the worst online shopping experience

I want to express my extreme frustration with my recent Sheridan BELFORD range purchase (i.e. 4 towels, 2 hand towels, matching bath mat & 2 face cloths). These items are constantly shedding all over my bathroom, it’s everywhere – even over the walls.

I will be returning them as soon as I can.

This has never happened before!

Sheridan has always had such a good name - WHAT HAS HAPPENED.

Purchased two sets of King fitted sheet sets and so disappointed as both fitted sheets have torn in under one year. And they were expensive. The quality of Sheridan has dropped. Won’t buy this brand again.

Firstly, these are excellent quality products that will last for many years. Unfortunately the luxurious-feel finish to the material disappeared after the first wash and they now feel a little rough, not something I expected from this company. Also, were very creased when they came out of the washing machine. I have had Sheridan sheets before and have not had this problem. Maybe it is because they have switched to organic cotton. On the whole, disappointed with this purchase.

So disappointed! Ordered 2 x bath sheets with matching hand towel, bathmat and face washer. The order was sent missing 1 x bathsheet. Sheridan, instead of sending me the missing towel, like I ordered, refunded me for 1 towel. So now I have a matching set missing the main item...a towel. Such a waste of money!

Beautiful bedding, really lovely quality and colour. This was on sale and I’m really glad I purchased.

These bath towels are excellent, nice and fluffy when washed lovely colours and very fast delivery. So pleased with my purchase.

As always, Sheridan delivers good quality sheets. The selection of colors is also good, nice tones.

I love Sheridan bedding, the quality shines through. I’ve recently bought towels too, they are thick & fluffy!

Like the feel of the duvet cover & pillowcases. Only flaw is the duvet cover will not stay on my bed during the night!

Perfect linen. It can be better only if it will be more sizes available.
