Orders came fast and I’m very pleased with the products! When our package came damaged by the shipping company, the Shernbao customer support was extremely helpful. Mario answered to us very fast and sent us a replacement part for our product! He was absolutely fabulous.

The only issue we had is they sent us 2 when we only ordered 1.
They did pay to return the extra and issued us a refund. I would use them again.

While I love the force of the blower…
While I love the force of the blower and it works great in our long coat German shepherd, I’m disappointed at how many times the hose pops off the blower and I have to stop to put it back together. That’s frustrating
