A+ Very good, good experience

Was fantastic to find the part I needed which ultimately allowed us to repair our dryer but the cost for shipping and time for shipping was pathetic. Ordered on a Thursday, did not ship until the following week and arrived on a Saturday. Paid a flat rate of $10 and was very disappointed. Not happy that supplier made money on the shipping and took the cheapest option possible. I only ordered a switch. I did contact the company about there shipping service and still have not heard back from them.

I am so impressed with this company's customer service. We have been sent two dog dryers and both have been defective. They have sent us out a new one both times. Hoping third time is the charm!

Had to replace the motor in the super cyclone dryer. I'm so glad it was in-stock and the price wasn't outrageous! It was fairly simple to swap out motors also!

I love my table. Its.well made, and the convenience of being able to adjust it up it down it great. I've groomed standard poodles as big as 73 lbs pounds about 27 inches. The bar still works with size of a dog. You do have to watch when you your clippers plugged in. I have noticed I run up Against them and end up unplugging them. The blow dryer works really well and, has lots of drying power. Very pleased so far with my purchase. It has only been a few weeks so I can't speak for longevity, but the products do seem to be really well made. It did take about a month to arrive, but I was aware of the delay when ordering the product. I will definitely be ordering my dryer stand soon.

Shipping was slow. Tub came damaged. Missing three feer. Called the number on the business card included in the shipment and have not heard back.

I have been shopping around for a blower for my Bernese Mountain dog for a while and was hesitant because of how much the “good” ones cost. I wish I would have bought this a long time ago. It cut drying time by more than half and even with daily brushing, the undercoat tool removed a lot of extra fur. Her coat is so much softer than when I tried using a regular blow dryer and it feels healthier. I was worried about it being loud or making weird noises that would scare her, but I think it’s pretty quiet and neither the dog nor one of my cats seemed bothered by it. I would definitely recommend.

Love their products. Clippers are amazing and so is my low table.
