Ship has been so amazing. The site is user friendly and even if you have a slow moment and can’t figure something out there online team is there right away with the answer no whole times. I won’t be using any other company.

Easy to setup and use

Account setup was easy and immediate. Shipped my first item and that went easy as well. I had questions that were answered quickly. So far, everything goes very smoothly. I love it!

You’re going to be charged on the 14th…

You’re going to be charged on the 14th day of your trial and even if you don’t touch the paid period they won’t even consider reimbursing.

They don’t save you any money in shipping. It’s a membership scam.

About cancellation and refunds: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time; there are no long-term contracts or commitments. If you were charged and didn't intend to continue, we absolutely want to make that right. However, we've searched our records and cannot find an account or support ticket associated with your name. We also haven't received any cancellation or refund requests from you through our normal support channels.

Ship.com is quick to respond to my concerns. I was surprised! I asked them to refund my automatic deduction I paid because I decided just to ship on demand for my business. I had a hard time though in sending my first package. It was confusing how to put the right weight of the products I would send in the app.
