If i can give zero stars i would

If i can give zero stars i would, rubbish scam bus company. Buy ticket and wait for bus at larkin. I was early. 10 mins before i ask if bus arrived. It had not, sat down for awhile next thing i know at 5 minutes past departure time i get a call saying the bus already left. Waste of money have to buy a new ticket. Im never taking this bus ever again and you should not too. No announcement, no refund. Just terrible. They can still tell me i wasnt here, i was already waiting here for so long...

bilingual, but....

They're bilingual. If you feel more comfortable speaking Malay, they could cater to that. They have a Malaysian affliate. (Though i have yet to be in contact with them so I hope that its a good feature)

They take a while to respond on email or whatsapp or messages.
They do take calls pretty swiftly. But in addressing the matter discussed,if it cant be settled on the phone tht takes awhile.
Be careful of "extra charges", they dont quote you on that beforehand and in my personal experience I keep being notified to pay these extra charges after I have clarified that it has been cleared.
They would not be helpful on the fact that these extra charges werent as advertised or the charges are given at a later date than what was informed.

Stupid bus driver and bad service

Actually it's the bus at 4pm, on Sunday, the bus is delay, and the bus driver was so rude, i understand that instant noodle is not allow to eat in bus, but he make me so hurry and busy talk to me, i feel so uncomfortable. And also, because i take lot of luggage, the bus driver didn't help me to put the luggage,he still correct me the luggage position, wasting my time, very stupid and bad service! I won't buy this bus again! Just buy the perak transit! The bus driver is more kind than this!

Do not use this service! It is TERRIBLE!!!

I placed an order for the free standard delivery service and in the website or email, they said it will take up to 7 working days (maximum) for them to come and collect. The reason why I could not choose the next day delivery service is due to the fact that you will need to wait at home from 9 am to 6 pm and they will just come anytime. I have something to do everyday (for my remaining days in the UK) so I cannot really take this option even I am willing to pay more.

I called them up before to ask them is it guarantee that they will come in 7 days because I need to arrange my travel plan. AND THEY SAID YES! so I arranged my travel plan sometimes after that 7 days.

On the 6th day, I called them up again in the morning and said I did not receive any text from your company, is it for sure they will come tomorrow? and THEY GUY SAID YES again!

and on the day itself!! NO ONE COMES OR NO TEXT! I called them, and they said now it is the peak period so they cannot make it today!!

What kind of services is this? and the guy just told me a lot of nonsense and said you can always choose to pay and get the next day delivery. If they could have told me earlier, then I can make my plan better, but even on the 7th day, they did not inform me or anything. I also asked so when are you guys are coming at the end of the phone call? He just said we cannot be sure. They did not even try to make my case a priority or address my problem.

They are super not professional and do not trust this company anymore!

****DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING SCAM OF A COMPANY!!!!!!!!*****

Before I even start, no one will answer calls, no one will reply to your e-mails, messages, etc. unless of course there is an issue on THEIR end. Seriously unprofessional attitude. They lie and lie, and try to cheat out of money at every opportunity.

I originally ordered 2 maxi boxes and paid for next day delivery. I was told the fee was due to it being a 3rd party delivery service. The day came and it turned out to be EdEx themselves delivering the box (LIE NUMBER 1).

I let it go. Packed my boxes. I called them for next day delivery and they said they would charge £25/box for this service because it would be UPS picking up the boxes. But the guy on the phone proceeded to tell me that there have been issues with UPS so sometimes the delivery guy doesn't come. I didn't want to take the risk because I had a flight to catch. I decided to e-mail EdEx and ask if it was okay if I changed the pick-up address to my aunt's address in the UK. I had no reply for a week or so. I couldn't wait for their lack of communication so I decided to go on their website to see if there would be any problems with a pick up from my aunt's address. 

EVERYWHERE on their website states that they offer FREE PICK UP FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK. Even in capital letters (screenshots attached). So after not hearing from EdEx, I sent the boxes to my aunt anyway, with the intention of having EdEx pick up from there. Monday the 2nd of Sept came round (my initial intended pick up date) and I got a call in the evening. It was EdEx, ready to pick up my boxes. I told them I had already e-mailed to inform them of the change of address. Clearly there is ZERO communication even within the company. But see, again it was EdEx picking up the boxes so they lied to me when they said I had to pay £25/box because it would be a third party picking up the boxes. (LIE NUMBER TWO) 

EdEx then proceeded to tell me that they would be charging £25/box for pick up from my aunt's address because her address incurred an 'outskirt charge'.(LIE NUMBER THREE).  Nowhere on their website states anything about this, and everything on their website about "FREE PICK UP FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK" leads the customer to believe that in fact, they do offer free pick up from anywhere in the UK. I sent them the screenshots as attached here. I asked them to please show me evidence of where it says 'outskirt charges' on their website and they never did. Their FALSE ADVERTISING MISLEADS CLIENTS TO THINK THERE IS FREE PICK UP FROM ANYWHERE IN THE UK --- totally against ASA standards and I will, of course, be making a complaint there and with the ombudsman. 

I packed my boxes based on a reliance on their advertisement of free pick up from anywhere in the UK and this turned out to be a misleading statement and a complete lie. After a bit of back and forth (as much as possible when they take their sweet time responding to customers), they called me. I argued and again asked them to show me evidence from their website about an outskirt charge. He said he would call me back in half an hour (obviously never did) but  I knew what they were doing -- they were quickly changing their website. I visited their site after the call and received an Error message. How pathetic and funny. 

DO NOT USE THIS CHEATING, LYING, FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. They currently do not have a trustpilot page but I will create one and please people, post your reviews on there and make your complaints to the ASA, ombudsman (both in the UK), and FMFF (Malaysia). 

Oh and by the way, I ended up using Seven Seas Worldwide to ship my boxes instead. They are super professional, offer 24/7 customer service, immediate response to queries and phone calls and all for the same price that this cheating company offered me.
