I had an order today. When the order arrived, the water in both glasses spilled out and soaked the bag.
Are the pictures and the delivered order the same? They're both mixed up, and when I touch them, they all spill out.
I was very angry when I saw the drink that was delivered and I didn't dare drink it.

Let's resolve the issue satisfactorily

Worst ever, it’s a scam

My order was marked as delivered, but I received absolutely nothing. I checked the entrance and surrounding area, and there was no food and no proof of delivery.

I also tried repeatedly to contact the delivery driver, but could not reach them. HungryPanda then refused or failed to provide me with a refund, even though the order was never received.

Being charged for food that was not delivered, being unable to contact the driver, and then being denied a refund made the whole experience feel like a scam. The customer service was extremely disappointing and offered no proper solution.

I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using HungryPanda. This was my worst food-delivery experience, and I will not use the platform again.

I used hungry panda for years at my restaurant, it’s a very unclear if they’re paying correctly because they have no daily, weekly reports and they barely have any orders like 1-3 a week while I get hundreds for other apps . Customer service calls and their workers they never answer . I decided to cancel them , I have no idea if what they’re paying me is correct because there are no sales reports and no customer service to really speak to . They just say someone will contact you.

HungryPanda is a scam. Don't use

It's a scam. This was my first time order. The deliver man called me to come out to collect the food. But I saw him far away in the map. He never showed up. He called me again to ask for my address. I sent to him but still disappeared. He called me again to ask for additional £5 to deliver to my place. I refused and the platform showed my food was received successfully and charged me.

It's completely a scam.

Refund Refused – Forced Gift Card Instead

Avoid HungryPanda – Refund Not Returned to Original Payment Method

I placed an order with HungryPanda while I was in France. The order was later cancelled, but instead of refunding the money to my original payment method (WeChat Pay), they issued a gift card without my consent.

I am currently in the UK and cannot use this gift card at all. It cannot be withdrawn either, which effectively restricts access to my funds.

I clearly rejected the gift card and requested a refund to the original payment method, but customer service only provided repeated template responses and then stopped replying.

Amount: €85.75

This is not acceptable. Refunds should be returned to the original payment method unless the customer agrees otherwise, which I did not.

I have already filed a dispute with WeChat Pay and reported this case to Citizens Advice (UK). If this is not resolved promptly, I will continue to escalate.

Be cautious when using this platform, especially for cross-border orders.

I was charged twice for the same order

I was charged twice for the same order. Hungry panda deny doing so despite evidence to the contrary. My account is now $79.63 in debit and am unable to use it to pay ongoing bills. They refused to contact my bank to reverse the charge. Their app is garbage and the wait times are ridiculously long.

Hazards on the road

The delivery teenagers are a hazard on the road. Speeding most of the time on their high powered electric bikes in highly populated areas.

Thinking it's all ok.

The company will have to look into this, as many need to learn the road rules.

Rules are changing on 2026, they will need a license. And can't go over 25kms. thank God !

As this application specializes in chineese resturants, they also seem to only hire drivers from this demographic and they insist on drivers applying to work for them have a profile picture matching above statement, otherwise they will leave your application on hold.

The above format is terrible leading them to have a 1 star rating overall 🤣

4-hour delay & Fraudulent "Delivered" status

I am absolutely disgusted by the service. I pre-ordered a day in advance for a 14:30-17:30 delivery slot, yet HungryPanda missed BOTH delivery windows (17:30 and 19:30). After waiting for over 4 hours, the driver only moved 2miles in 2 hours!
To make matters worse, the app falsely marked my order as "DELIVERED" when I never received a single item. This is a blatant lie and fraudulent practice. Only after a long, exhausting fight with customer service did they finally agree to a Full Refund (£32.20) and a measly £7 voucher.
While I got my money back, they have wasted my entire evening and left me with no dinner. A refund is the bare minimum requirement by law (Consumer Rights Act 2015) for a service failure, NOT a compensation for the 4 hours of my life they wasted.
Zero stars for reliability. Zero stars for their scheduling system. Use Deliveroo or UberEats instead!

delivery time took for ever until all food were melt and cold, oily

Total Price is not correct on an invoice, charged more than $10. i contact to customer service was no point, keep said client fault, even though an invoice clearly said

Awful Experience

I ordered takeaway through HungryPanda and the food arrived completely soaked in oil and not edible.

I contacted both the restaurant and HungryPanda support. The restaurant refused a refund and the platform only offered a voucher instead of refunding my payment.

The order total was £38.58.

I have now reported the issue to Citizens Advice and Trading Standards.

This is unacceptable customer service and I will not use HungryPanda again unless this issue is properly resolved.

Total Scams - Missing Main Ingredient & Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with HungryPanda. I ordered a beef dish for £10, but when it arrived, there was ZERO beef in the container—just a few side vegetables. This is a clear case of "Goods Not As Described" under the Consumer Rights Act.
When I contacted customer service with clear photo evidence, they had the audacity to offer me a measly £5 voucher instead of a full refund. Why should I be forced to spend more money on this platform just to get back half of what I lost?
Their "Online Consultant" (HP-104759) kept wasting my time with scripted apologies instead of fixing the issue. If you value your money and expect to actually receive the food you paid for, AVOID HUNGRYPANDA AT ALL COSTS. They protect dishonest merchants and ignore legitimate customer complaints.
I will be filing a formal dispute (Chargeback) with my bank and reporting this incident to the relevant authorities if a FULL REFUND to my original payment method is not issued immediately.

I ordered food from a restaurant in Preston (Melbourne) for delivery via the Hungry Panda service for the Lunar New Year dinner. I should have read these reviews before proceeding and trusted my judgment, since I had a doubt before ordering. I've never used Hungry Panda before; maybe I should never use it at all and just stick with the other services, which already proven to be reliable.

Spent quite a bit of money on my order, placed it at around 5.15 pm, and waited until almost 7 pm (6:50). I immediately tried to contact Panda via live chat, but I doubt these agents are human. They keep telling me the restaurant is busy and still processing my order (a lie).
I took the initiative to call the restaurant to check, and the lady said they cannot find anyone (from Panda) to deliver. I offered to have my husband pick up the order in person instead. The restaurant staff said to contact Panda directly, she cannot help me with the order and then hung up on me. I was stuck in between with no help from either the restaurant or Panda's side.

I sent my husband to the restaurant anyway to get some clarification. Turned out the restaurant had cancelled my order because they could not find a Panda driver. They have not cooked my order at all.
No cancellation notification was sent to me, so I was not aware until my husband came in person.

I contacted Panda again to request a full refund because the amount was deducted from my account. Their agent replied that the refund will be processed within 3 to 14 days. I told them that my family dinner is ruined; I have hungry family members waiting, and there is no food on the table.
They refunded all my money within an hour and offered a $10 voucher. I will never use their services again. They should not offer delivery services to restaurants or customers in areas where they lack drivers.

Aggressive driver

Aggressive driver. How many bad reviews until they do something about the drivers? Everyone is complaining about them. And the drivers behave like this because they know the company would not do anything. One of the drivers was violent with my concierge and hit the computer and the building sign. He destroyed the building sign. When the complaint was sent, the company said even the driver is coming from hungrypanda, doesn’t mean is their driver. The food WAS ORDERED from Hungrypanda. Address was provided and they said they cannot identify the driver as many others delivered at the exact same hour to the area. WE PROVIDED THE FLAT NUMBER. that is a joke.

Do not order through Hungry Panda or you will be hungry

Do not order through Hungry Panda. I had to pick up my own order as after 20 minutes my order had not been picked up by driver. Food was then cold. Spent nearly an hour online trying to resolve through their Chinese customer service, before leaving out of disgust. They should not be allowed to operate in Australia. I will be reporting to Consumer Affairs.

Service is terrible

Service is terrible. You order raw, undercooked meat, and my traveling companion had burnt chicken. Worst of all, the restaurant staff are so rude and antisocial. It's not worth the money. It's a huge mess. Too many people, too little attention, and the quality is terrible. If you want to get sick, you shouldn't eat here. It's so bad. The municipality should close it down.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

1. Lack of transparency on product review
You can only access your comment once. After quiting the comment window you are basically locked out from reviewing the restaurant. Most of the product reviews are forced 5 stars so lack of transparency.
2. Slow and incompetent drivers
Delivery keep getting delayed. Food arrives cold. Driver being rude and unprofessional.
3. Many restaurants on the platform lack in quality
poorly packaged food, fake image that doesnt represent final quality of food ordered.
