Slow interface and billing system that still charges you after you cancel
Their interface isn't best for uploading receipts, and they would still charge you unless you cancel on the web portal they said (which wasn't possible in my case). I had to write a bunch of emails and look into my accounts to ask for a refund, which was a hassle and waste of my time. Because they did respond to my email, I gave them one more star. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't bother with them until they fix the efficiency of their interface/billing system
