Do not order from this site unless you’re willing to wait 4 to 5 months for a single T-shirt. I ordered a T-shirt in October and I still haven’t received it and I was anticipating to receive it by Christmas day and I never received anything. The sales team is horrible at communication they do not tell you prior to them taking your money but they will be a delay in shipment. Their shipping estimates on the website are inaccurate and it is longer than the specified time. The website says there is shipping delays due to the pandemic however they will not tell you there is a delay in stock. Most of the time the issue is not with the Postal Service the issue is with the company. I would strongly advise going to hot topic rather than order from this site because it comes in less than a week the shipping is cheaper and you do not have to wait for long periods of time. And her merchandise is way cheaper at hot topic than it is on her site. Also hot topic does not take out your money immediately without giving you any type of tracking number. When I order from her saying I never received a tracking number they took the money out of my account my stuff never shipped I had to email several times for them to tell me oh there is a delay in shipment we don’t have stock.They should’ve never told me at three months later after I’ve been waiting that they have no stock of a $40 T-shirt.

So... I ordered the positions single CD from this website and it shipped with in an hour after I ordered it so at the time I was impressed. I received my order in a week to find the CD case was cracked all the way across the front, so I emailed them to get a bunch of most likely robot responses and then after 2 weeks they finally said they would ship me a new one for free! I received that package today only to find it was damaged AGAIN!! And it was in the same bubble mailer as the last. One so I sent them another email explaining my frustrations and even said to them that the packaging clearly isn't working (because they clearly cant figure it out on their own or just don't care), Only to receive a bunch of other robot responses and explained to them I wanted a replacement once again and a full refund they are yet to respond. And I love Ariana and her music with all my heart and I have for a long time but this is so bad to her name and she should hire a new team and fix these issues. Customer service clearly doesn't care about their clients or the condition the products are in once the client receives it. And honestly I still love Ariana as this isn't her fault. Regardless avoid this website as much as you can unless you want broken Ariana Grande CD's and poor and possibly robotic customer service!

Horrible.. shippings times are ridiculously long! I ordered something more than a month ago and have not received an update or email since my order confirmation. I reached out to customer support and just received an automated response that shipping would be about 60d-90d... Like what?! At least send an email with an update that the order is still in processing! Instead, they just took my money and then left me on standby. I ordered my item as a gift in early Nov.. Now I've gotta wait until probably end of January or even February to give my friend her Christmas gift. Kind of ridiculous to be honest..

UPDATE 1/15/21 --- still nothing after 3 months... i received no response from their CS team after numerous emails. now they got me wondering did i just get scammed??! the absolute worst site to purchase from

Awful. Ordered my daughter 2 jumpers. This was to be her only xmas presents, as they are so expensive for what I realise (to my own disgust) are ( goodish) quality Jersey sweaters, which without the screenprinting would cost no more than £20.
Anyway, as others have said, multiple delays, zero communication, no replies to query emails. Beyond attrocious and now not here til January 29th.
But they don't care, because they know they will still sell them. However that sort of self important arrogance is sure to catch up with a business ultimately.
I hate being ripped off, but I hate being ripped off whilst being offered 0 Star customer service simultaneously even MORE!!

Bought a jumper for my sister back in October it cost nearly €80 was told it would ship on the 4th of December then got an email saying it would ship the 18th if December left it because I still had hope it would arrive before Christmas then again got another email saying the 29th of January, said I'd leave it and get my money back it wasn't worth waiting that long would use the money and get something else so I cancelled my order and it told me it would be in my account within 3-5 days and now it's been 8 and no word from support.

it's been over a month and i havent received my item. it was supposed to be a christmas present for my girlfriend. i emailed them a week ago and still no response. when i purchased the item it said it'd ship BY december 11th. yet nothing.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a Positions hoodie and record for my daughter in October. Email said items would ship by Dec 4. I have written multiple times and got a cut and paste response saying there are issues with the hoodie. I have not gotten a response since. I have been charged over $100 and still am not sure I will have the items for Christmas. Service is beyond horrible.

Second year in a row I ordered items in October and they did not make it to me in time for Christmas. Horrible!

Just avoid at all costs. It's not worth the stress or time.

Ok I order the stick with u glow vinyl in may and it’s been almost 6 months and I don’t think anyone has gotten them or the cds. On the other hand I’ve order new positions merch and have gotten the cd quickly? Idk I’m still annoyed bc I collect her vinyls.

So it was my 16th birthday and i asked my Dad to buy off of Ariana Grande's Merch Site i was waiting 8 weeks for it to arrive when it said 4 weeks when it finally did arrive i had to pay £20 import tax!!!!!!!!!! Was not happy and also had to pay shipping and also $70 for the jumper itself SO OVERPRICED! And my dad told me i would be getting a free Gift from the Ariana Grande Merch Team and another hoodie because they were having problems with production that email was sent from the Ariana Grande Merch Team 5 months Ago so asked for a refund i 100% absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE come on Ariana DO BETTER!

I saw a lot of bad reviews here about her website.
I ordered a crewneck in my birthday (October 11 2020) and i got an email that it has been shipped with tracking number after less than 24 hours from the time i purchased. I think it should arrive probably next week so i'll update, but for now it's a great experience for my first time ordering from her website

I'm really sad because it's been 5 months since I've ordered her merchandise and it's still on "pre-order". I messaged the support team for help in the beginning of September and I was informed that my order would ship out around September 30th. However, it's been a week since that day and my order has the same status since May. I reached out again and they said they encountered another production problem! I'm beyond disappointed! I wouldn't recommend going through all this trouble.

I attended the Brooklyn NY concert on June 14,2019. I was soo excited to buy new merch and i bought the god is a woman universe t shirt with the brand saying “Gildan.” I can’t believe I seriously paid $40 for a gildan t shirt. what a waste of my money i don’t think i wanna buy merch from the concerts and not even the merch website considering it takes 5 years shipping. Come on...

Omg, this was such a great first experience.. this is my first piece of merch ever and it took like 5 days to ship and came in how it looked in the photo I love it and I’m gonna keep buying from her site ❤️

Am i one of the only people with a good experience? i ordered her birthday merchandise 2019, so she was turning 26. I ordered it and the shipping was the only annoying part. it took 4 weeks to ship but i received and the quality was amazing, non of the merchandise looked wrong, they all looked exactly like the website had shown. the only thing i wish they would change is the shipping time.
