Placed order Oct 30th, 2020 and received order February 21st 2021. Ridiculous. Low quality, overpriced garbage. By far the worst online shopping experience.

If I could give this 0 stars I would have done. Spent £60 on a Positions hoodie and can't believe the quality of it. You can get better quality hoodies from Primark. The release date was put back a month

They are scammers
They are scammers. The quality is sometimes really bad, international shipping is overpriced. The customer service is a joke. I ordered from them many times and 98% of the time I have a problem. Too many delays, still waiting on an order I bought 9 months ago (and the vinyl is of course not like the website) and they always respond with the same automatic responses. Got crewnecks with wood (?!) on it, a whole on the sleeve, bad printing, bubbling, wrong color (not like the website at all), well, all of the bad things that can happen with clothing. I can't count how many times I have been disappointed with Universal Music. Don't know why all these artists are still with that horrible merch company.

I ordered the glow stuck with you 7" vinyl from her store, when ordering it it did say the item will be dispatched withing 10 - 14 weeks so i was happy to wait, now fast forward 9 months. People have gotten theirs but i still have not, customer service keeps saying there is a delay in production but refuse to give me a estimated timefor this. I fully understand we are in a pandemic but 9 months seriously !!!! The total lack of communication and false hope is one thing but refusing to give accurate time scales and lying about a shipment being in progress is another. I have never felt so let down, Ive ordered from her store a good few times and honestly never had a problem but this single instance makes me now think otherwise. So so let down by this and i still dont even know if i am going to get the darn vinyl.

Ordered Stuck with you glow CD and have been waiting since March or April of last year. It is now January 25,2021. No update, except a message saying I would be informed when one was available,and that they have no estimated time frame as to when it will be shipped. Does she really let people handle her merchandise without bothering to find out how her fans are being treated, and ignored, or could she be just as unconcerned? They should all be ashamed of themselves. If every fan had placed an order, there would be none left.

Update: Customer service emailed to say they would issue a refund but so far that hasn't happened.

STILL NOTHING - I ordered a hoodie at the beginning of October and was told it would be shipped on December 4th. I still have not received anything, no update from the team ( they told me they would update me on this situation) - still nothing and its now the 14th of January. This was meant to be a Christmas present and it's still not here? keeping in mind i paid over 80 dollars for a hoodie thats probably not worth the money, time or hassle of it all? its just a sh****t show

i have never been this frustrated in my entire life. i am sure you have seen the merch some fans have gotten back (with blood stains, spelling mistakes and other things) well my story is a little different and i felt like sharing to prevent it from happening to you. i ordered the christmas & chill vinyl on her site and received one that had stains on it and it sounded really bad.
so i asked for a reshipment mailing her merch team. they wanted me to send pictures which i understand and they agreed to a reshipment. after like a month i still hadn’t received any information so they basically forgot about my order. and then after another 2 months my order still hadn’t received. so i mailed again and they told me it was lost in transit! i could cry so they said i could either have a reshipment or a refund, i wanted a reshipment. and now they’re mailing me that i can’t have a new reshipment because i already asked for one. i highly recommend not ordering any merch from her site until her team is fixed. i mailed with them for 3 months just to find out i’m not getting my order :(
Shipping Delays and Lack of communication
I ordered a long sleeve t-shirt on November 14. I was prepared for delays due to Covid-19. There were never any updates, which would have been good customer service. When the t shirt still hadn't arrived after the New Year, I contacted customer service. They said that there has been a "delay in receiving inventory" of this particular shirt. They also said they would get back to me with an updated shipping date. That has yet to happen. As I look through the reviews here, it's apparent that the delays don't apply to just one particular item. It seems to be a site wide concern. I think I will contact customer service and request a refund at this point.

I love Ariana and her music but this is unacceptable her and Justin's team need to be fired or need to start doing there jobs especially Ariana's less Justin's but still this is not ok. So I ordered a stuck with u cd it was supposed to be signed by her and Justin Bieber from Ariana's sight and after waiting almost 9 months and finding out the signatures were fake I just received it and IT WASNT EVEN SIGNED! I emailed both of there teams and umusic on twitter and everyone is now ignoring me since I asked for a actual signed cd and a piece of merch of my choice after waiting for 9 months for and being drove mad waiting for it. The best thing you can order off this website are common cds anything else is a risk and the costumer service is ok but they keep asking me the same questions and trying to avoid giving me what I deserve this is unacceptable and Im gonna continue to email them. DO NOT ORDER! Im gonna be posting this review on multiple websites to warn others. A lot of people complain about Ariana's team specifically I never understood till now this needs to be handled.

Update: Now it says that goods were shipped. When checking the tracking link, it see that it gets moved from one warehouse in the US to the next (since over a week already! Since 2 days even within the same City...!!)

However the merch company is a no... first of all I ordered it oct 30th and it said it will be here in 8 weeks it’s past that time frame. I have no idea why in the first place a sweatshirt needs 8 weeks to ship ! It’s a sweatshirt with prints on it ?? And now I got a email that there’s a delay in inventory. I understand there’s a pandemic going on, however that’s why you make all the sweatshirts BEFOREHAND and ship them safely of course. I’m not trying to be rude or anything, but girl you need some better merch companies. I spent my last dime on this sweatshirt and it’s not the time or place to rip off me or anyone else.

I ordered on 11/30 a $65 Positions Hoody because it said it WOULD ship on December 4th..... $75 with shipping to be exact.... well, it is now December 25th and of course I don’t have it.... contacted them via email 1.5 weeks ago and all I got was unacceptable answers and excuses.... this was one of my daughters Christmas gifts!!! Thank you for the disappointment!

I ordered a record and was supposed to ship on Dec 3 but its Dec 23 and no word or email back when I reached out. should of looked on here and saw how bad. its just a waiting game. a refund is imposable because no one will email back.

I placed an order for the positions hoodie and face mask on 10/30. It was supposed to ship 12/4. 12/4 came and went without hearing anything from them so I emailed on 12/11. 12/15 they responded saying that there’s delays in receiving inventory. I made sure to purchase early because this was supposed to be for my little sister for Christmas. She loves Ariana but I won’t be buying anything else from this site again. This is ridiculous
Update: I received my package today (February 20, 2021). Not pleased at all. Poor quality. Definitely will not purchase again and would not recommend.
