Spent 38 mins queuing in the rain for nothing, back out the door after 10 minutes.
Complete & utter waste of my time, jobs advertised in hotels were cleaners, house keeping or porters. Attended by hundreds of people, stands included NHS, foster carers, the police, army, apprenticeships or universities.
Great for school leavers or under 25’s which I’m not.
Wouldn’t go again or recommend, best to apply on online.

i recently bought my boyfriend a top with his name and number on the back was supposed come in 4 days but came in a week and a half. then when my order came i received a completely different top than i ordered (for refrence i ordered an aston villa home kit personalised and got a harry kane england top😂 ) i have tried to get in contact with customer service but the phone number is directing me to a robot saying that they are currently closed but on the website it says it should be open until 8pm. then i proceed to leave na email on the email address on the website and then it says the email failed to send as this email adress is invalid. spent £45 on this top and now cannot return it or get in contact with anyone this is absolutely awful customer service please avoid buying from here.

I booked tickets using the telephone system this morning and spoke to Liz in the ticket office. The service Liz provided was excellent and credit must be given to her training but also her knowledge and experience. It was second to none! Liz was extremely pleasant to deal with.

My daughter Ordered a Villa kit for my sons first birthday with the request of a name and number on . I mistakenly misunderstood that there would not of been a number included. I rang up the help desk for the request of a return delivery and if any extra charges are included to put a number on the back of the kit. We was informed by an employee that in other words we was not able to and therefore disappointed with the result. They are a multi million pound company and weren’t prepared to even put it right as a good will gesture. Disgrace

Only gave 1 star as couldn't leave a review with none.
Disgusting customer service, item arrived 1 month after ordering..no updates from AVFC and told to contact courier ourselves.
Item mysteriously arrived after requesting full refund...now no use as had to arrange alternative gift.
AVOID!

Terrible customer service !
I ordered a Villa top on the 25th of February and it is now the 9th March …no tracking information .
I rang the Villa shop requesting a refund and was told this is not possible …why ?
Refused to resend or refund my order .
The person I spoke to was rude and verging on aggressive .
I was told to wait what could be another 3 days (email for an update .
Disgraceful customer service !!!

Shambles
Ordered 5 items1st Feb 23 and its never arrived. I can see by previous reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. When chased, I'm told its despatched but no tracking but they said they would resend it, a lack of honesty and integrity. Spoke to a member of staff in the shop at villa park and they advised the online orders are dealt with by some company in Manchester nothing to do with Villa, Its a joke!

Waste of time!! Ordered various items on 26th December totalling £280, some items for my sons birthday on the 16th January 23. Week before, no items, no tracking no., no updates! Contact AVFC, who state "its been delivered", but cannot offer a tracking number or proof of delivery! State they'll resend and guess what, no items again, no tracking no., no updates. Never arrived, total waste of time. AV shop state its nothing to do with Villa, WHAT?? Will never use again, get a grip Villa!

I have not spent a penny in the club shop since they removed my season ticket holders discount and will continue to do so until I have my discount back.

Ordered parcel in November which never turned up. They told me it couldnt be tracked despite giving me a tracking number. Finally got a refund in January but because of the exchange rate difference i was out of pocket. There response was not there problem. Poor communication. Terrible customer service

Absolute incompetence. Have placed a few orders having no other outlets where I can purchase certain items and every single one has been a shambles and a headache to get sorted. It really shouldn't be this difficult to place an order and have it arrive as expected and in good condition. Customer service is literally non existent. Complete joke.

Advised delivery would be 4 days - arrived 16 days later after I had left the country - emailed after the event to try and get a resolution, email ignored and unresponded to 11 days later. I think it is outsourced to 'Fanatics' the club shop, but it's massively damaging to the Aston Villa brand.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY !!!!!!!! Total waste of time and money I feel like I’ve been scammed!I ordered my sons Christmas presents from here on the 28th Nov it’s now 27th Dec Christmas has been and gone and we still no kits! I have a VERY upset and disappointment 7 year old.I’ve tried calling them several times you reach an automated service which is totally floored you go around in circles giving your order number time and time again you can’t speak to a human and I’ve emailed them several times with no response Villa till I die but I feel very under valued but who’s ever responsible!!!

My 15 year old son couldn't wait to spend his part time work wages on a retro shirt for his dad for Christmas. Ordered a shirt for his dad and a shirt for himself on the 23rd November. Still no shirts!!! After numerous emails, I was refunded the postage. Again, more emails and was then refunded the cost of one shirt minus a discount. Still no full refund!!! And more disappointingly NO SHIRTS! A gutted teenager!!

I've got to say, I read the reviews on here after I'd ordered a shirt and was dreading when I'd receive it and if at all. But my experience is fantastic. I ordered the shirt 3 days ago (No personalisation), paid express delivery as its a gift for my dad. When it went through it did say expected delivery 23rd, but I had my order today, so within the time frame of express delivery. Throughout the 3 days I've had several emails from AV store online to keep me updated on the status of my order. Really happy with the top also.

What a shambles order and paid for a shirt with printing , sent us a plain shirt and took weeks of many phone calls then the threat of trading standards before acreturn label is sent , gotta wait 14 days for refund so now our looked after child with learning needs will not get the 1 gift she asked for Xmas. Your a disgrace. NEVER ORDER FRO.M THESE SCAMMERS

brought my son the kit still waiting estimated delivery the 5th promise delivery 13th rang up and they say its evris fault even though I've ordered from other retailers that have used evri and had them they are useless and god damn rude when calling them

Complete let down and scam. Purchased kit online for my sons birthday well within time. Paid express delivery. They have taken my koney but not sent my order. Take note of all the reviews before you think of buying from these people. I have emailed them and still they ignore me. Absolute disaster.

Sort your chosen delivery company out , evri are shti and everyone knows it but you chose the cheap option villa , yet agai evri fail to show with my parcel , the cheeky cnuts even emailed me twice to change delivery time , it was meant to be with me by 5pm today and its now 8.41pm and no parcel , I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THE ASTON VILLA STORE ONLINE WHILE YOU INSIST ON USING THE JOKERS AT EVRI ,good job they dont deliver my season ticket
