Disappointed

Lupita doesn’t go all the way for her clients. It felt more like an Instacart experience. But she doesn’t mind asking you to accommodate her. The last straw for her was when I told her an avocado was bruised. She replied that she was cancelling my 2 orders for the next day. I asked if she could keep these, since we’d have to wait several days again for another shopper. She replied thumbs up to this request to my husband. Then this morning I find that she canceled the orders anyway. For the $40-$50 she made on each order, we did not get that value in service.

I had a great experience with the…

I had a great experience with the shopper and the shopping experience but the App itself seems very thrown together. It is focused more on the shopper and less on the "shoppee" so it's almost impossible to find any information. Like, how do you view previous orders? In fact, when I signed up a few days ago the feature that sends a code wasn't working. It's like it was put together by someone's kid in the basement. I'll keep using it most likely because I like dealing with a single shopper, but Instacart has a much better platform, just as far as the software end of it.

Sheena is great. She goes out of her way to get what I need. Always very friendly and courteous. So thankful I found her.

Great need but clearly lacks customer service

Paid the required fee, finally got their credit card and attempted to validate but error after error. Submitted help through their “chat”, clearly showed Bree as “Active” and no response. Figured I try sending them an email since they ignore their chat and finally got a response “submitted to their IT”. Unfortunately it’s been 7 hours with no follow up. A new app that boasts a great need, but lack of customer service clearly shows they still need to get things right. Basically tells you if something goes wrong with the app, you’re stuck.

I shopped with Instacart for over 5…

I shopped with Instacart for over 5 years and after getting linked up with Dumpling there's no turning back. I really appreciate the ability to personalize the shopping experience as well as allowing a shopper to get rewarded for going the extra mile. Customers are able to connect with you every-time they shop, Great App,

Dumpling is great and I'm not switching back!

Great experience using Dumpling instead of other personal shopping apps. Our shopper is fantastic and the experience is much more flexible and communicative than the alternatives. It's so easy to add on other errands to a shopping trip, and make sure you actually get what you need. I'm also very happy to be supporting a local worker instead of paying a huge company to exploit its workers.

I work for Instacart 4/20

I work for Instacart, and came across dumplings. A lot of the reviews with five stars, Sound like people who work for dumplings. I went to sign up but you have to pay 9.99$ just to begin. That’s what caught me off guard, I would like to investigate dumplings before I give them 9.99$

Susan was great!

Susan was great! I was impressed by her attention to detail and her level of customer service is highly appreciated. She will text you while shopping to get clarification of what you want (ex: how green do you want your bananas, or if she needs to substitute something that is out of stock, etc) and give you updates (ex: when she gets starts shopping, gets in the checkout line, leaves the store, etc). She was on time and if you’re doing a no contact drop off she will ask where you want her to leave the groceries and let you know when they are there. I would definitely use this app again and recommend it to friends.

Amazing service!

Having the same, dedicated personal shopper is amazing! Plus my personal shopper can shop any store debit and credit cards are accepted. Love, love, love!!

I am so thankful that I stumbled across…

I am so thankful that I stumbled across Dumpling in Oct 2018. I have been in business for almost a year now (Dec 2018) and love the freedom! I own my own business, my clients are mine and not some random gig apps. Dumpling is a great way to branch away from those other gigs and do it in your own. Dumpling gives me everything I need to help run my business efficiently and are always working to make the apps better. They listen to business owners and actually care! Its a refreshing change from those other gigs

I love shopping with Dumpling. They are a platform that truly works to better and further the experience for the shopper and the customer. I love that I am free to run my business the way I feel works best for me and my area, and they provide a constantly improving platform that my customers and I can use. So grateful for this platform!

My love for dumpling!

To be a part of a platform that cares and asks for our input is almost unheard of! Dumpling cares and takes the extra steps to continue to grow in the direction that will benefit all involved. After working for a large gig company and seeing the not so great things they were doing, along came dumpling and they allowed me to continue my love affair with shopping and my love for my customers.
