I was ordering the updated PCB board to upgrade my Tankstick joystick. I tried to add a small item to my order without having to pay shipping to Ireland again. The ticket system was busy so I assumed I would have to order separately. The receipt for my initial order came through and xgaming.com had added the second item free of charge. You would have to go back 20 years in time to find a company operating with this kind of decency. Much appreciated & looking forward to doing business again.

I have raised several tickets and I have sent many emails without any response or reply from X-Arcade.
I have bought previously items without any problems. So trusted the company, Then I pre-purchased their new 'spinner' controller, Invoice No: (77750392 )back in January 2022. The delivery date was supposed to be March. It's now September 16 and still no response from X-Arcade. Taking my money without delivering the goods or replying, I call that fraud !!!
There are many other customers on trustpilot and other Internet websites complaining , they have purchased the same spinner' controller and never received it and they didn't get any reply or response either.
It's not a good business to take money without delivering the goods and not even having the decency to refund or reply to emails or raised tickets on your support system.It's a waste of time. And the Time to get a refund from PayPal has expired.
They know that we are not in The US and have no way of complaining to a government body.
I was a valuable customer and many others in the world and you are going to lose many valuable customers treating them like this and not giving any refund or shipping the goods we paid for.
Your company had a very good reputation and service, WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR COMPANY ????????????????????????
That will change treating you customers like you do now.
I feel scammed by a reputable company like X-Arcade.

AVOID LIKE A PLAGUE. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Having bought two Tanksticks and a PCB upgrade previously (great products) I had faith in X-Gaming. Then I pre-purchased their new 'spinner' controller, back in January 2022. The delivery date was supposed to be March. It's now August 2022 (with no delivery) and the company refuses to acknowledge emails or support tickets, as I try to find out what's happened to my order.

Because I originally gave them the benefit of the doubt regarding the non-delivery, I am now outside of the period Paypal will refund the purchase, so it appears I have lost my money. If they had sent even one reply to my several messages asking what the situation was, I would be fine.

If this is ever resolved, I'll update my review here but, as it is, avoid X-Arcade at all costs.

Absolutely abysmal customer service, I had a problem with my item (likely an error in manufacturing)
So I was forced to create a ticket as X-Arcade has no public phone number or email that you can contact them with. The ticket was an inquiry about replacing the part.

Weeks pass with absolutely no reply, and I ended up forgetting about all of it.

TWO MONTHS after I had submitted a ticket, I don't get a response, no. My ticket gets closed and I am emailed a tracking ID for a package with no information. Absolutely no communication, no comment, no email telling me anything, nothing.
So I made the mistake of assuming that they sent the parts I was asking for, I had described the parts I needed replaced as well as provided images.
About a week later, I get a package with pieces that I didn't need.

I'm a month into a new ticket, I might as well be starting my own manufacturing firm to get the part myself.
X-Arcade needs to get their s*** together.
