Not even worthy of one star. I ordered a hoody, the picture of the product on their site showed a thick cotton material of obvious good quality as you would expect of a hoody. What eventually arrived after approx 4 weeks, was made from a cheap, thin material that when held up to the light, you could see through it. It had no tags, so I do not no what it was made of. They also offer a 30 day worry free returns policy, this too is a lie. Their advice to me was that they don't know the address of the oveseas warehouse, therefore the shipping cost would be really high and a lot of hassle so suggested I just keep the item.
I do wonder if any money goes to charity. Avoid this company.

Ordered Highland cow cardigan, advert picture was knitted but actually some dubious material as no product information was attached, took nearly a month for delivery, asked for refund due to quality issues eventually got 80% refunded after threatening to contact trading standards.

As others stated you receive cheap printed fabric which is nothing like what is depicted on their website. They have responded to my complaint but as they are a ‘small family business with small profit margins ‘ a refund is not possible as I bought wrong size!
They are preying on vulnerable people touched by cancer and basically scamming you I wonder how much (if anything )they actual give to charities- this loophole needs closing down.

Avoid at all cost the items are not as described knitted jumpers were ordered cheap thin nylon items received. Website states easy return and refunds which is not the case , I will be taking this to trading standards .

I ordered this Parklees black and white striped Hawaiian shirt mainly for summer casual vacations. I like that the pattern has green and orange flowers within the stripes. it is a bit too long for me.

I bought 2 items that are too small. I asked for my money back,but they haven’t given any back. They are a scam don’t buy from them. The material on the one is very poor the other doesn’t look like the photo. DONT BUY.

I ordered and paid for two items which have never arrived. Very annoyed.

Avoid. Some sort of scam. Ordered and paid for goods that have not arrived and I can not track. No response from email address given for customer service 🤬

The item I ordered was shown as a knitted garment but the one I received was just a print on fabric. I tried to contact them and their server blocked my message as spam.

Having done some research this site is a con set up using a British cancer group as a front.

Very disappointed was exspecting a beautiful embellished jumper but got a printed long sleeved t shirt instead not in box but plastic bag and the label said made in China I wouldn’t have paid that much for a t shirt so very disappointing i only hope that the cancer charity knows what they are doing

What a disappointment this item was. It looks fantastic on the website but the quality is poor. £25 I paid for this rubbish, think I'll stick to Shien atleast I dont expect anything and generally pleased with item for price.

This company says you can contact them but no emails actually go to the address given. I haven't received the goods payed for. A scam company.

I ordered some t shirts, when they arrived I really didn't like the feel and look of the material. It said on there web site 100% guarantee satisfaction on returns, i started the process of returning the order but they said basically i couldn't return the order because there was nothing faulty with the garments, they said they would give me 5% money back, I said that it wasn't except able, then they offered me 30%,it was clear to me by this time that I wasn't going to get a full refund. So I accepted, I know it was wrong to but I wanted something back.
I have asked them to make there website clearer and to let customers know that if they are not satisfied with their order that they are not going to get all their money back.
Please be aware when buying from this company.

Do not buy from - poor quality products and returning is a nightmare. Purports to be in the UK but chinese company with extortinate return fees. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from them.

Do not respond to emails or contact forms so you can’t return any items. The clothing is ok, although made from fairly thin synthetic material (not what they look like in the photos) but surprisingly are some of the few t-shirts I have bought that are actually manufactured ‘square’ ie the seams meet properly. I now seriously doubt their claimed support of animal protection charities.

Terrible website and did not reply to my emails.
