I didn't read any reviews 😕 I ordered 2 tops for my friend and myself wanted them for breast cancer month and we are still waiting I've emailed them but no response 😡

DO NOT Buy from this company the knitted items are NOT knitted but are digitally printed and NOT as pictured. No returns address on packaging!

Ordered 2 Women's Breast Cancer casual long sweaters a few weeks apart . Got taken in by beautiful knitted sweaters in the photos £33 .99 reduced from £49.99 . What I received were 2 very thin printed material, cannot be described as sweaters. This company are conning people as it is almost impossible to get a refund or return items . 😡

Not sure this company is cosha. Appalling
Goods from China. Poor quality and sizing
No refund policy. Customer service nil in service.

Would seem the only thing thats gets a good review is the cooling mat!!!!!!!!!!

I would actually give the product zero stars.
Not as pictured, poor quality, no return address, I would rather have given the money (£54) to a charity of my choosing. I bought it to aid a breast cancer charity as I have had the disease. False representation I believe.

Once again I didn’t check trustpilot before ordering. I ordered two items, one is ok the other is completely different material than the one advertised. Sent them pics of both items and they still won’t let me return the faulty one. Once unbuttoned it has a blue mark on each button hole. Probably to show where to sew on the button. All I was offered was a 15% credit. Feel bad even putting the item in a charity bag.

I bought from this company as it used Breast cancer Awareness as it’s heading, as far as I can see this is nothing at all to do with Breast Cancer Awareness but a Chinese firm selling sub standard clothes
I was very very disappointed with the item. It was nothing like it it looked online it was poorly made, no size, label no washing label, no company name label.
Cheap tat and it went straight to The charity shop

Extremely poor “company”. Goods supplied look and feel like cheap polyester and are nothing like they advertised. Initially my emails were ignored until I said that I would be contacting PayPal and Facebook.
I then had an immediate response with excuses why I couldn’t have a full refund and offered me 10%. I refused this then they offered 30%. Again I refused and have since been offered 50% then 60% refund. All offers have been refused. When I googled their website it is associated with another company using the same advertising pages offering the same goods. Payments are made to a Chinese company yet they deny any Chinese involvement. They can’t make their minds up where about their goods are made and are adamant they are “grounded in the UK” whatever that means. They do not have a place to return goods to but advised me that if I returned the goods it would be very costly for me, would take quite a long time and the goods would be damaged during transport. They said that they then could take a large percentage of the payment and I would lose out. They’ve also said in their emails that they donate to help animals it’s difficult to find any evidence of this. My advice to would be shoppers is to avoid them at all cost. Or at least do some research on the company before buy from them

Ordered from this company and sweater I received was nothing like the one shown in the picture. You get no response to emails sent via their on site contact and the email address they show in their contact info does not exist.

Interest was drawn to this site as it came up BreastCancerAwareness which then changed to Shoptohelppaws ordered 6 items, 1 was as I expected 2 was not as expected but acceptable other than I felt 1 of them was on the small size. 3 we’re absolute rubbish The the site picture showed nice garments in various materials. What I recieved had cheap background material with prints of the designs and background material showing through the stitching. They refuse returns and after lots of e-mailing they refunded 20% I would suggest to save any problems AVOID!!!!

Absolute scam. Jumper shown as thick cable knit, actual item is cheap polyester crap. Have contacted for return & refund but after reading everything here I am not expecting a reply. You can't even trust charities these day.

Terrible the items are cheap and nasty nothing like the advertising. Have asked for a return label and been told very expensive to return.

Dreadful product. Wanted to return. Can’t. A scam.

I ordered three garments at total cost of £59.37. When I checked my credit card £68.21 had been taken. Since ordering I have heard nothing more. Emailed regarding the extra charge. Have again heard nothing. This was advertised on facebook. Second disappointment from their adverts with similar problem, though I did receive the product the fabric was not as advertised. Think I should learn from this not to order anything advertised on there.
Further to the above, I have now received the goods, came from China.
The goods bear little resemblance to the photos on the advert. Those advertised are a quite thick knitted cardigan but those received are a cheap,shoddy polyester fabric with the knit pattern printed on it. Disgusting scam.
I have emailed to return them for a full refund. I am not expecting a reply.
