Regretfully the customer service past…
Regretfully the customer service past was not up to expectations. Friends of employees came in and they definitely got priorities for service. Personally and all my years of retail service if somebody has more than two items you need to find them a space to put them so they can continue to shop. I understand the aftermath of the holidays chaos but that was not a good thing. Several employees were obviously more interested in reset of displays and they were greeting and or waiting on customers

Service was great
Service was great, was very happy the new website launch had way more product then before. It is especially convenient to have more of your products available to me online so I can shop & pickup in store; made life easier! And ofc since I was already stopping by to get the items I ended up getting a few more things while I was there 😉. The new gift wrapping is beautiful, loved the boxes and packaging overall. Only thing I wish is that if you are able to send a confirmation when the items I bought are ready to be picked up (they were, but it'd be good to know so I can plan to stop by) and just adding more of the products that are in store, on the site!
