Nebulizer was never received. I’ve reached out to Shopellox 3 times only to get the same message each time stating what the normal shipping time is. The shipping states the item was delivered but it was never received. I hate to say it, but I feel like I was scammed because this company only has an email address and that’s not helpful.

Ordered the shower mat, nothing like the advert, rubbish quality + very small, absolutely useless 😑
Paid £14 but found it on another website for £5 including postage

This product is total garbage. I’m so disappointed in it- and myself for falling for their scam. Their customer service is terrible and I can’t get anyone to respond with sentences that make sense so I can return it. I will beg you to save your money and avoid it!

Order placed 8th June - received absolutely nothing. This company is pathetic and probably a scam.

This company is selling cheap products worth $1–$2 at massively inflated prices of $30–$40. Do not buy anything from them! If you complain, they’ll offer a measly $5 "compensation," which doesn’t come close to covering your loss.
They don’t respond to refund requests, and they threaten that you’ll have to pay for the return shipping. Avoid this seller in Canada and the U.S. — total rip-off.

The whitening toothpaste, pretty tube. Unfortunately you might as well be brushing your teeth with glittery gelatine. There’s zero taste and my mouth doesn’t feel any fresher afterwards. I thought if I carried on brushing my teeth with normal toothpaste and just used this as a ‘bonus brush’ maybe I’d see a difference. Nope.

I bought a magnetized cell phone holder for my car. The cheap magnetic ring would not adhere well to my phone, such that it pulled off the phone whenever I tried to remove the phone from the magnetic holder. I contacted customer service to return it and get a refund. They told me not to send it back, due to the shipping cost, and offered me $5 for my trouble. I emailed them a second time demanding a refund and got no response. A poorly-made product and an even worse customer support experience. I would caution anyone from buying anything from this company.

Got the Niacinamide Whitening Toothpaste , rubbish

Ordered a phone holder. Cheap knock off and low quality.
It took 4 weeks to arrive. Best to save your time, money, sanity and order from somewhere else. My Temu order were quicker to arrive.

Do not trust and don't believe their "about us"

I ordered two of these phone holders that claim to stick to any surface. Not only did they not stick, the one I tried to install fell apart when I tried to affect the suction. Just a cheap knock off of what has been advertised. The instructions were incomplete and mostly in Chinese. They responded say “sorry you did not have a pleasant experience, we appreciate the feedback.” Absolute junk

Unfortunately I can’t give a 0!! Have been waiting for my delivery since 26th April. Been advised twice that they tried to deliver which is false as we have been home on both occasions!! They need to change their delivery service.

I ordered the toothpaste. They said it was delivered. No it wasn’t.

Over 3 weeks still waiting for my product. Their shipping company sucks. Impossible to reach them or the company. They are on Amazon and I will definitely send this information to them.

Item never delivered (a tu hora delivery company) when complained to supplier only receive automated emails. Feels like I have been scammed.

Ordered a magnetic phone mount after seeing an advertisement on facebook. Item arrived after about 3 weeks. Item looked like what was advertised but that's where it stopped. Mounting mechanism was completely different, suction cup doesn't hold suction, mag mount won't even hold itself let alone a phone.
Emailed company and only get a generic automatic apology and "we will try to work through it with you" email.
I was offered $8 refund for a $30 item.
Total scam to advertise on facebook a $30 item, send a cheap knock off, offer a $8 refund and make $22 on a $2 item.
DO NOT TRUST adverts on facebook. Facebook don't care if they are scams as they get their money either way.

It is a scam. Never heard back from them. Don't ever buy anything on Facebook. You have a 95% chance that it's a scam. Anything with Facebook is bad. Can't even trust the info and news so definitely can't trust the sales. This company should be shut down. But why would Facebook do that.

Purchased a nebulizer which looked decent on their website. On arrival, packaging looked like it’s been playing smash brothers (itd be great if I could add pics here). Package was wrapped in plastic only. The best part is that the actual product received looks nothing like what was pictured on their site. Product looks cheap and unusabl. Would not trust it or use it. Do not trust this website. It’s like an expensive Temu.

Scam site! Saw an ad on Facebook and was sucked in to purchasing. That was on May 6th. It’s now 7 weeks later and all I’ve received was a tracking link showing no items have been shipped. Facebook needs to vet the sites it allows to advertise! Don’t make the mistake of thinking if it’s on Facebook it’s likely to be legit. Because they get paid by the scammers to rip you off. Thanks Facebook! 🤬
