I have ordered two quantity The phone bracket (Phone mount) But I haven’t received anything , I would never buy anything from this ever again

I was about to order something from the website nit after looking at the reviews thank God i didn’t order

Ordered magnetic phone mount. 40 days, no delivery. Tracking offered ended in Atlanta 20 days ago. Generic email response to follow up. Do not order from this place. SCAM.

Shopellox advertised a phone holder for the car that would stick to any surface, not just smooth ones. I received one that only sticks to smooth surfaces.
If it seems too good to be true, it isn’t!

Advertising of one product while sending another. Advertised to be a liquid absorbing shammy. Looks like recycled material like felt. Not what advertised. False, deceptive and theft.
They should be removed from Facebook.

scam stay away

I guess it’s a scam because I got the fault tracking number and sent them many emails, but they never replied.

The sandals are perhaps ok, however this is "copy" of the real sandals, the soles are nothing like the one in the pictures when advertising...needless to say you can slide on wood...

I am trying to return an item but you make it ao difficult that consumer will quit bying shopellox.

Ordered the Hairclips and they were just put in a postbag with no wrapping so the claws were snapped off some of the clips.

I ordered a hummingbird feeder and received a tube of organic toothpaste. The shipping label had the correct order number etc. I’ve tried contacting them every other day for over a week. I received one reply saying they would help me search for my package. I don’t need them to search for the package. I need them to send the right item. Customer service sucks.

Shopellox took my money and I have no curling iron. Sent numerous emails and they don’t respond. No phone number so I should have known better. I will be pressing fraud charges.

Disgusting con artists avoid

Order not received and was never shipped. A very very poor company that does not respond emails and there is no contact number to speak to anyone. took the monies but no item shipped. I do not recommend anyone ordering from this company. Company should be banned from internet. I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems.

Awful.
Firstly it was a “buy two, get one free offer” but only two items in the package.
Secondly they were terrible quality - ordered window decals but they weren’t clear backgrounds like the picture suggested but opaque and just looked tacky and cheap.

Scam: received nothing, track and trace doesn’t work.

SCAM CHEAP REPLICAS They advertised a video on fb of Miricle Shammy. It said absorbed 20x its weight. I went to buy and noticed it said it only absorbed 12x its weight I thought this May of been a genuine mistake so I commented and asked if it was the same one as being advertised? My post was swiftly deleted so I posted again with a screen shot of my post and again it was deleted. 5 times they deleted it and then deleted the post entirely (or blocked me I don’t know) so clearly what you are buying are not the genuine products that they are advertising. They are using original product videos and selling you cheap replicas. I have the video, the comments and posts and screenshots of all my deleted posts but I can’t see anywhere in trust pilot to be able to add these as proof
