Acceptance virtually zero for customers
Signed up for Humm as a premium aesthetics clinic in London to provide what seems like a great spread of 0% options for finance. The acceptance rate over a year is 1 out of 10 so far (I rarely even try any more), even with people who appear to have excellent jobs and were ultimately fine paying all in one go. I tried myself for a small 1k loan over 12 months which was negligible payment and was declined. This also leaves a hard check on credit file which is for nothing it seems. I don't know if they weight applications differently for the products and industry but the service is essentially useless. Very confusing interface and little support or guidance.

As soon as I explained the situation, he looked into my file and immediately escalated my query to the credit team as a priority, promising a turnaround via email within the hour.
