The product came in the mail completely damaged and broken waist of money won't respond to any emails at all

Product fault. I have been emailing the company and they are refusing to refund me, even though they have a 30-day money back guarantee claim in their website. Total SCAM.

Product faulty doesnt want to return the item

Purchased a totally wrong item. (stand for a projector, which I don't even have) Emailed instantly after the order was placed, asked them to not process the order & cxl it, they of course actioned the order then emailed me to advise they have to by law ship the item (which is a load of crap, they can cxl an order if not dispatched yet, they just wanted to keep the money) Then i replied requesting a refund & was told no unless it was faulty. The rep that assisted was named James & he was the most condescending ***** I've ever had to deal with.... HE SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB IN CUSTOMERS SERVICE. This scam shop needs to be SHUT Down instantly.

Scam!! Their add says you will receive a free projector screen when you make a purchase, then your projector gets delivered without the free screen. You asked Moviehub about it and show them their own add stating a free screen, they reply oh sorry that was a mistake. There is no free screen!

Absolute scam. Purchased, changed my mind within seconds of reading the reviews and realising its not worth it and doesn't have the games I wanted. They ignored it then sent me an email:
but because our system processes orders so quickly, it's tough to stop or alter them once they're in motion.

I will be taking this further and receiving a refund.

I purchased two of their retro gamerboy black and purple one. They stopped working after 4-5 months. I have contacted them for replacement. They requested numerous videos showing them what is wrong with the product which I have done. They reply back politely and say, “we are looking into this and will get back to you soon.” They don’t get back! I have emailed on numerous occasions and they reply the same response but do nothing about it. Totally awful products and even worse customer service. WASTE OF MONEY do not buy from them.

Moviehub is a SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! The projector is cheaper than a McDonald's burger, the image is so poor and blurred. Customer service strings you along with a number of questions and then ignores all emails after that. I sent photos and a video of the quality, ALICE replied saying we have sent this email to the relevant team for investigation. Never heard from again, emails being ignored. The below address was found on their website 1301 Gold Coast Highway, QLD which is a 1 bedroom apartment. The games? The usb/stick doesn't even work, absolute SCAM!!!!!! The images they use are stolen from legit projector sites, nothing is true... they are laughing all the way to the bank.

I neva relied my product. They lie. Nit trust worthy one I've tried to get in touch to be told contact couriers. But they don't say who they use. I've ask for them to contact them to return my goods for refund. With none. I would avoid movie hub. They are not who they say they are. Steer clear. N don't say you wernt warned. Oh and after pay won't give money back for it either. So ule pay out of pocket.

Moviehub is a scam. It arrived with bad packaging and is poorly made. I went to try and set up my Netflix account etc and the remote stopped working. I then sent them an email. They are trying to get me to send a video explaining the problem! I need a replacement remote control, not sure if they know how to use google translate, but they are definately not Australian and my order too 5 weeks to get to me. Their customer service is a joke!!

Website says its a gold coast company but its not shipping comes from overseas and takes 3 weeks. Poor quality just buy one off ebay.

Purchased a game boy for my daughter, not all games were not working. They sent me out a SD card for all the games to work. Yes all the games worked once the SD card was put in but the SD card didn’t stay in the slot and kept falling out.
Have emailed several times and always got a response with…we will forward to the responsible team and get back to you. I’ve been waiting for 6pm the.

I have seen all these negative reviews and I don’t understand why you guys do this! It’s a great company and I have received my projector and I love it

Ordered a projector which promised to connect to allapps - how far from the truth this was. After trying multiple ways around the issue, the problem still exists. Spoke with their support team who stated "it may be a software issue which doesn't qualify as a refund for defective product". I would steer clear of this company and their dodgy dealings. Horrible customer experience and service.

I purchased a projector just a few months ago, and it has recently started making unusual noise while powered on, which seems to indicate a potential defect.

I have emailed their support team twice regarding this issue and a possible exchange, but I have yet to receive any response.

I wouldn’t recommend if this is the kind of service we are getting with faulty products.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. They supply defective products and won’t refund under any circumstances. The products they supply are complete pieces of rubbish.

The projectors barely work, you can't use any streaming services and the quality is terrible. I asked for my refund and sent the products to China where it sat for 3 months. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM

Device has developed electrical fault and is fire hazard. No aftermarket service and moviehub policy of 30day return is illegal. Check ACL website for consumer warranty. If goods become defective or faulty within a reasonable time frame (what a reasonable person would expect the product to last) then seller must rectify.
They use the " we are an aussie company " line to promote, however they do not follow or comply with consumer law policy.
Thankfully my house did not burn down.

Absolute scam! Purchased the game consoles and never received it 2 months later. Customer service ignore you, sending generic replies asking to wait longer, they don’t provide valid tracking information. This Company falsely advertises they are in Australia, when they drop ship from CHINA! Had to request a refund through Afterpay after a month of emails and being ignored. AVOID!!!!
