I love this and learn alot doing mystery shopping . Love being in the team . The team is great and very efficient . I was in whitsundays and I did over 10 mystery shopping there and loved it . It's great second job to have on the side and besides learning each mystery shopping gig I get . Regards Shane

Paid on time, easy job

I love the company. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The process to get and complete jobs have improved a lot over the last couple of months. However there isn't that much variety in jobs and some ask for too much work for the payout. It's a fun way to run errands and do little side hustles but nothing really decent. Need more variety in jobs and more locations.

If you are looking for an extra way to earn some money, look no further. I love that I get paid to shop! Some of the jobs also allow you to bring friends and family which is great. My favourite thing about being a mystery shopper is that I can pick when to work and what job I want to do. There is complete flexibility and no pressure. If you need help, the head office staff are very supportive. Highly recommend!

This is a great company to work with. The survey questionnaires are well written and are efficient to complete and the communication with the team is very helpful, clear and timely. It's fun to get out and learn about a wide range of products and services!

Good way to make cash on the side. There’s always a couple jobs around you and usually comes with free food/drinks. Staff are super communicative and will coordinate with your holiday plans or road trips.

They often ask you if you’d like to bundle jobs together which means that every once in a while you have the chance to spend only a couple hours doing multiple shops in a row, which greatly increases earning potential. I’ve made $600 in a day beforehand, although an opportunity like that only comes rarely.

In addition the jobs are usually pretty easy to do. I’m typically able to use the money from the jobs to pay off grocery’s for the week so it’s definitely worth it

I like working for shopper now. The only issue I have found is there isn’t many jobs around my area that I can do. I do believe the costs need to be improved all. When doing a Grill’d report the minimum spend is much lower than the minimum you can actually purchase so your cutting into your profit to just do the report.

It jas been a great expereince with easily signing up and being able to go to communicate with case holders. Such friendly staff. Easy to navigate website. Amazing new products to try and places to visit. Great way of being involved with the community while obtaining information to understand how a business and people are operating.

I've been working for Shoppernow for over a year now and have mostly positive experiences. The lesser positive experience have been due to my behalf but are quickly sorted with communication with the team. They are quick on their responses and provide a fair amount of jobs every month. The team are well mannered and responsive from my experience and have had no issue with them. Only thing I would like say is to further branch out to smaller cities if possible. Happy to continue working with you guys.

Shopper now is an amazing efficient company, query’s needed they are always there to give advice. Their service is easy to use, fast an on the go jobs. Would definitely recommend working for this company if you want something that pays well and give amazing opportunities to try new things.

While the lack of an app sometimes makes keeping tasks discreet slightly difficult, the personal support and wide range of jobs makes ShopperNow a great company to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in this line of work :)
