I haven't received my order and I ordered it on the 6th no emails no tracking number I had one at first then it disappeared now I cannot get in touch with nobody

I never received my order after waiting over a month. Emailed them saying I never got the order yet it was listed as delivered. I got an automated email and ended up never getting a response even weeks later. Horrible company and I still want my money back for never receiving my product

Ordered through Shopify on July 7th and never received. Now the website no longer exists. There were so many reviews I watched and videos from people showing the product. Don’t let them fool you. Scam.

Ordered the cooler July 6th, did not receive it Aug 10th. I believe its a scam?

Just like most people are saying for this store, I ordered two of the fold down bench/seats and tracking shows that it was delivered and it was not. I work from home and have cameras all over and it hasn’t been delivered. Website does not load and then tracking doesn’t either. Sent two emails and no response. I will be reporting to my bank for sure.

I ordered two benches from a page on FB. I received a confirmation email that the order was received and an email that the order had shipped with a tracking link that went nowhere. My money cleared the bank on the day I ordered. What a damn scam. FB should be more accountable on what they allow on their site.
ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT THE SHOPRXVCA. No Customer service. I'm very disappointed and angry. There should be a zero star grading option, as I surely would rate them as zero.

Complete FRAUD! Do NOT purchase anything from this site. I ordered fans. Follow up email showed it was sent to me but that was a LIE. Upset with Facebook for allowing a FAKE COMPANY on their site,
With out vetting them. WE EXPECT better from you FB.

I also ordered a hitch from this company. Looked legit and the receipt sent to my email looked fairly legit. Never got the product after being charged and they will not answer emails and now cant access the website because its non secure and untrusted. I hope these A holes get caught. Do not do business with them.

Ordered 2 off of the link from Facebook. Now the page is blocked. The order was supposedly delivered to my town on July 19th, no actual address listed. Never received these and no response from customer service since.

COMPLETE SCAM!! Took our money and never sent us the hitch.

Purchased a hitch advertised on Facebook. I was sent an email with an order number. It has now been over 2 weeks and no signs of tracking number nor any sense of getting back to me after sending emails regarding my concern. SUCH A EFFIN SCAM! Please be aware!! Money was taken out and all!

I called them after a few weeks and have not heard from anyone about delivery I tried to reach out to them. Nothing works... Website, tracking info, phone numbers and email . Looks like I was taken again by ordering online.

July 19, 2025. I ordered an igloo and a ice maker for $49 each. I haven't received the items, sent an email and no response. This is a scam and if they really know how hard i work to buy these items. Shame on you for stealing from people, we are all trying to survive on honesty and not stealing.

Total scammers. I bought an automated pool vacuum from them and they did not deliver the product. Made many attempts to reach out to them and they don’t respond. They closed down their site and their listed phone number was not in service. They totally got my money. No product and now I’m out $60.

I ordered two benches which they said were delivered on July 21 and weren't. Delivered in/at my mailbox? Like two benches would fit in my mailbox??? I was home and no delivery took place. And then their support did not answer my email. Worthless business!

I ordered a bench never received it. No response from them.And now you can’t even go on the website. Scammers. All I have to say is be careful ordering off of facebook, nothing but a bunch of scammers.

Purchased a hitch advertised on facebook. Received email with order verification but when you click on it, it brings me to a page that says shoprvca can’t provide you with a secure connection. The money has been debited from my account with no communication whatsoever. I’ve emailed with zero response. Total scam!!!!!!
