Yep wish I would have read this before but I also bought the drop hitch never received it and can’t get any response. These people are crooks I hope karma gets them

Total scam. Ordered the drop hitch. Says package was delivered. Never received anything…Customer service will not respond to emails. Reaching out to NC Attorney General’s office.

Total scam. Never received benches. Instead got 2 I phone charging cords.. funny I don't own an I phone.. no customer service feed back

Company is a scam. Just like everyone else, never received my camping chairs with umbrella. Tracking said it was delivered but I never received it. Sent an email and they replied that they were busy and I’d have an answer in a couple days. It’s been a week and nothing.

Order 2 DueBenches on July 5th, after 2 weeks of not receiving the items I reached out to support and they sent me a resonse that they received my order but they were extremely busy but they would ship my products out in 2 days. It's a week later and no product. I sent another email, but it bounced. I went to their URL and they it no longer exists. Thankfully my Credit Card company refunded my money.

This company is a complete scam! I wish I could rate them a zero!! PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They will take it and u won’t be able to contact them. Do not use this site

Place my order July 4, 2025 for two of their RXVCA XHitch. My credit card was charged $95.98 same day. After 3 emails to their customer support with no response and two attempts to call their customer support line with no answer. It is now 20 days since I placed my order, I have yet to receive any information when to expect my purchase to be shipped. I have requested a total refund from my credit card company

I ordered 2 large electric coolers and 2 large wooden chairs received instead 2 Iphone charging chords. I was scammed and reporting to my bank. Stay Away!!!!!

This company is nothing but a SCAM. My husband ordered the rhino hitch for around $70 has waited over a month only to receive an apple iPhone charger. We will be reporting this company for fraud!

orderd an egg garden chair waited over two months to get a delivered notification but id not received managed to get a response after emailing over 20 times for them to say it was never sent still waiting on refund when promised it would be re sent and id also receive a free gift as way of apology. but to this day iv received nothing...AVOID they are a rip off and liers

Ordered the rhino USA hitch system. They charged my credit card and then when I emailed asking about a delivery date they canceled the order. Fortunately they refunded my money after I told them I would be reporting them for fraud.

I ordered a fan and they sent me a tracking number. The fan never left china so I email them for a refund after 21 days and they emailed me a new tracking number saying it was delivered! I checked the tracking information and it was never sent to my address or city or state! I emailed them again at customer support letting them know I never received it and the location they sent doesn’t match the address I gave them! They never replied! So I’m out of 60$ don’t get scammed like me

I ordered the trailer hitch that they have advertised and received a 1ft apple phone charger. I can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone and the mailbox is full. Don’t get scammed, something’s are too good to be true.
