The worst 100 dollar outfit i ever bought and im tall and slim.
This outfit cost too much for the waist band to twist and turn like a rope underneath the knit. The seam in the pants are not straight like they suppose to be when you wear the pants. The top appears to be longer on the picture than when you put it on. The price should have been $49.99. The material excellent.

There was a phenomenal sale and I got a bit distracted and ordered the same dress, twice (insert head shaking emoji). Once I noticed the error I was able to immediately contact customer service - share my mistake - and it was remedied lightening fast.

Store credits only
My purchase was fine but don’t expect refunds if you return anything. They list all of their clothes as “sale” items and will only provide you with a “store credit” for sale items you return.
So…. If they don’t have anything else you want to use a store credit on, you’re stuck

Our policy does apply to heavily marked down items or old collections that we will not continue selling in the upcoming future - that is the reason for their low pricing , our return policy is reflected throughout the users journey and if an item is marked as sale you will have multiple indications for it prior to ordering.
With that being said - we do make exceptions :)

Hit or miss?
Bought a jumper in black and loved it! bought the same jumper in a pattern and it was not the same material. I still wear it, but it doesn't sit as well as the first one. No mention of different material in the description.

Bad Customer Service
Bad Customer Service - I have bought from this website 4 times, with a total of $500+, and have recommended it to my friends who have purchased as well. I earned 1000 points with their rewards program to turn into a $100 credit off a purchase. Unfortunately I needed to return 2 out of 3 items in the purchase, and the company would not return my any points so that I could use them on a future purchase. Also, rather than taking $100 off my entire order, they took some money off each item, so even though I had a $100 off, I still had to pay for the one item I kept, which was less than $100, and lost the rest of the $73 off reward. My purchase amount refund is also a store credit. Once I use the store credit I will not be buying from this website again.

Your points were instated with a coupon code as for your request , only after you have got the coupon code you have asked for the points - which is also eligible and there is no problem with reinstating points
As for the "By product refund" this is just the way our system works.
You are very valued as a customer and all of your requests were answered in a timely matter and with the highest industry standards.
Please notice that your communication with our CS team was not clear and our agents were having a hard time understanding your requests , as you have contacted them through complete pages of email communications for this request - which i can see was taken care of after better understanding.

customer service was very helpful in allowing me to use my points and credit on the order I was making. Not only was I able to use my points and credit, but she allowed me to use a discount code as well.

I will never ever shop with this…
I will never ever shop with this website again! I bought two outfits and they don’t want to return my money. They want to give me a credit for their garbage. I also will turn this over to PayPal, which will probably take care of my money, but don’t order anything from them if you don’t plan on keeping it.

Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
Tops and dresses can get makeup on them very easily during the try on process, please take extra care.
- Items marked with FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Items marked under any regular SALE are qualified only for exchange / Silk & Salt store credit, and cannot be returned for a refund.
- Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are considered sale items.
- Accessories and jewelry are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
