I purchased quite a few Lounge sets
I purchased quite a few Lounge sets. They weren"not" on Final Sale, but your site offered an additional 30% off. Nowhere did it state that by using the additional 30% on a sale item, would qualify the item for no refund.

Items that qualify for a return are any item that is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all the original tags attached and not marked FINAL SALE.
Tops and dresses can get makeup on them very easily during the try on process, please take extra care.
- Items marked with FINAL SALE cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
- Items marked under any regular SALE are qualified only for exchange / Silk & Salt store credit, and cannot be returned for a refund.
- Items purchased with a 30% or more coupon code are considered sale items.
- Accessories and jewelry are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

I saw the ad for the Sweater dress and immediately loved it; I ordered it and received it quickly. I wore it for the first time and my husband said, "Wow, that's cute". The dress is very cute and definitely comfortable. I love it!

The description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products.
The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

When I found out that I couldn't return…
When I found out that I couldn't return one item, I was very disappointed. I reached out to a customer rep, who simply pointed to a policy on the Web site that I had already read. I did return one item, but received no information on how to exchange it for another one. Very poor customer service.
