Been with shopsmarter for many, many years, very few issues (mostly when this program was new, don’t think I had to contact their customer support in at least 5+years!) love that they offer minimal 10% cash back some times more and my cash back is deposited to PayPal timely!

Great selection of stores, easy to use, well worth the small extra effort and small monthly fee.
Great selection of stores, website is easy to navigate, payouts are offered in at least two convenient forms (PayPal or physical checks) and the cashback has always been well over monthly subscription cost. I’ve been a happy customer for over five years, and have never had an issue (even when we forgot about a few checks while moving to another state - ShopSmarter rep worked with me to reissue checks even though the error was completely on our end).
Highly recommend!

I don’t like how they make me think I was gonna get $10 and to hook up one of my bank accounts so I did and then I was charged two dollars. I thought I was going to get $10 from a purchase that I just made I don’t like that. I think it’s sneaky and it tries to trick people. I signed up accidentally signed up for something that I had no business signing up for I didn’t even know I was signing up and then I get charged two dollars for what for signing up no I was supposed to be getting paid $10.
