They make you believe you are purchasing original software, but after all kinds of bells and whistles went off warning me, I decided against taking the chance to install this COUNTERFEIT software. Stay away, not a reputable company!

I recommend avoiding this company completely. I thought I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 for Mac. The link to the software they sent wouldn't work to install the files. I have called the support number a handful of times and I have sent several emails to their customer support with no response from either means of contact.

Shady, if not outright illegal. Provided a key for MS Office, but had to use some wacky email address to register. Didn't do it and requested a refund. Have sent them 4 emails with no reply or refund. Wasted $32.

As many said before, they do not send you a MS Office license key but an existing user and password. No service, no responds. Beware.

Shop Software Keys sent me a code that belongs to an exiting user. Had I registered it, that person would have had access to my entire life’s work!!!!
BEWARE EVERYONE. I also have no chance of getting a refund….🤮🤮

I wanted to buy a legitimate Windows install. Shop Software Keys advertises faulty giving the impression you receive a genuine original Microsoft product. They show boxes and packaging. In the mail you will get a no brand USB with a print out of an email with your product key. Feels very gray market.

The USB was also corrupt and failed 5 times at 94%.

I had to spend a couple hours on a Sunday troubleshooting online and then worked out how to create another Media file and finally get it done.

I would recommend to use another company if you are after an original product. The price they charge is full retail anyway, so there is no reason to buy your windows from them.

These guys are or horrible I bought a program it wouldn't install. I'm unable to use it. Never activated the activation key. Contacted them a half a dozen times and they just ignore me. As far as I'm concerned these guys are total rip off do not purchase anything from them.

Clearly this company doesn't care about its customers. I'm not even sure they are real.

Initially I purchased Windows 11 from them. Apparently my machine isn't able to install 11. So, I sent them back the Windows 11 disk - asked for a refund.

I then bought Windows 10 from them.

The DVD disk then sent doesn't seem to work. I couldn't install Windows 10 from it.

I still haven't gotten my refund for the Windows 11 purchase.

I haven't gotten any support for the Windows 10 purchase.

And they won't respond to ANY of my emails.

But here is the kicker...

On the Website "Chat" Feature... where they spoke to me immediately with the first purchase...

They won't even respond to my chat messages now at all.

This has to be a scam outlet.

At our company we usually use one provider for software, then we saw the Office Licenses for 1/3rd the price and we thought it was too good to be true, but we decided to try them anyways... Well, they sent the instructions over email and the Licenses, but non of them work, just like that. We contact them over the chat and the support was really nice, until they help us out on this one and finally got our licenses active.

I would give them a ZERO if I could, what out when purchasing the MS Project 21 as they don't mention in the advertisement that you can't install the program if you have any Open License Products or O365/M365 on your machine until after you make your purchase. Then when you try to contact the via phone or through their support link you can't get ahold of them or a refund. Total RIP-OFF!!!!

This was a waste of money, a time-suck, and an overall terrible experience. I was never able to get the software installed on my PC. The guy that took over my computer starting surfing the internet. No code key. Don't use this service!

At this moment, we have not received a refund for the adobe pro 2020 for windows purchased paid for $339.88), but never downloaded it because we don't have a need for it again.

This was really simple and easy to use. It was also cheaper than other alternatives.

I was amazed that the company came to my assistance so quickly and assigned a Tech to help me who was Absolutely Great and So Patient. And, he really knew how make things work and clear up a few problems, things getting in the way of installing the software. Then when we he had to research something they promptly came back to me the next day. The Tech's name was Vlad. He gets 10 stars from me.

I ordered an upgrade to Windows 10. I was nervous when I received a plain disc for my purchase. However everything went well and the upgrade was a success.

I am trying to get ahold of you about a return and no one is responding.
