I ordered a package on 15 dec, no movement till date and it says it should have been delivered in 9 days MAX

Hey guys, Please do not buy from this brand. They gave the wrong FedEx tracking number (the parcel was someone else’s) and told me that my order has been delivered to the wrong address and how I’ll be getting a refund. That was a couple days and today I saw that my package was delivered. Not to my house, so I called FedEx and told them what happened and they said that the tracking number doesn’t match the address and name. So basically they’re scamming people for what? Don’t know but don’t buy. Save yourself the hassle

Oh how I wish I had read this before ordering! My daughter wanted a pair of jeans for Christmas which I’ve ordered. Today says it’s been delivered 145 miles away. FedEx offer no response. Sure I’ll get a promise of a refund which by the looks will never materialise!
Moral of the lesson - always check Trustpilot!!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER. MY DAUGHTER SPENT HER OWN MONEY AND BROUGHT JEANS… VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Same here, ordered jeans, received a message saying that it was delivered to the wrong address and that I will receive a refund... total scam...

Never received my item they sent me an email to say that my item has been lost in the post but prior to this there has been no tracking information. They then said they would process a refund within 16 days. I am yet to receive anything. I’m guessing they are hoping that I will forget to check. I wonder how many people they do this too.

Ordered a pair of Jeans, they have not been received. Shipping note says delivered and signed for by some random name, asked for evidence of delivery. Emailed 4 x no response.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE THEY ARE A SCAM

I bought a pair of jeans and the next day I got an email saying they delivered it to the wrong house and I would get a refund. Then I got another email saying they were successfully delivered (they weren’t). I sent them 5 emails to help me. This was in September. Until today still no refund, no reply and no jeans.

Ordered a tracksuit and got a message to say was delivered but I never saw it. I have been emailing and no answer.

absolute scam it gave me a random shipping number which wasn’t even under my name or adress and didn’t respond back to my email

it's a total scam. today, which means two days after my order was shipped, i have received an e-mail saying that my order has been misplaced, and that i'll receive a full refund in 10 business days. i highly doubt it...

Terrible, huge scam, bought my package and has been 2 weeks with no parcel given. I even emailed and there has been no reply. This company is a huge scam do not buy from here.

Same as mentioned in other reviews, my daughter's package was "misplaced" and a refund would be made within a 10 day period. It's been over that 10 day period, no refund and no response to numerous emails.

DO NOT BUY from this company. Told me order had been misplaced and I would receive a refund in 10 days. It has been several weeks and still no refund, despite contacting the company several times.
