SHO Avis 

I have many of the SHO products, this is one of many I bought as a gift for my fiancee. He uses this for keeping hydrated during a 12 hour shift, its filled daily and kept in the fridge overnight, his drinks are cold throughout his shift, I find the guzzler is practical and useful daily, for us both, the 260ml small bottle is used to keep fresh fruit juice chilled for the whole day and the large 500ml lidded cup is used to start the day and keep me cafinated during the morning, thanks for keeping me and my family going during the day, your products are fab 👌

Kids bottles are around a year old and an inner plastic seal has disintegrated over time. I tried to buy replacement lids and straws but not available to purchase.
Sho did kindly offer to send the plastic seal to replace but even though I sent them a picture and they confirmed it was an issue in that area they sent the wrong parts.
While the service is sort of good the outcome wasn't and the fact you can't replace just the kids lids but you can other products they sell seems odd.

These bottles are a game changer. Keeps drinks hot or cold for hours even in the sun. You can even put fizzy drinks in them.

Great products easy to clean and get open i have arthritis and sometime struggle getting things open but o have no problem with this product 👌

Excellent delivery service. Products are good too. I tend to buy a new water bottle for the grandchildren at the start of the new school year and they last. Needed a couple of new straw tops as spares and got the two sizes I needed.

The bottles are excellent. They keep my drinks really cold (just what’s needed in this heatwave), they’re sturdy and lovely and colourful too. The food flasks are great too as they keep my food hot while I’m out and about.

I would not buy SHO's children's bottles again and cannot recommend them based on our experience.

We purchased two children's bottles directly from SHO and, over a relatively short period, both straw lids lost their silicone valves and began leaking. We went on the website to try to purchase spare valves, but the only spare part you can buy is new lids... so we bought two brand new lids (about £16). In under 8 weeks, the valves went missing from these lids too! The valves are apparently designed to be removable for cleaning, but in our experience they were far too easy to dislodge and lose. Once the valve is missing, the lid becomes unusable.

We only contacted customer services following the second lid failures, and were surprised to learn SHO routinely supplies replacement valves free of charge because they are "commonly lost during cleaning". Had this been made clear at the time, we would never have purchased replacement lids.

For a premium children's product, I found the bottles far more high-maintenance than expected. A children's water bottle should be reliable, durable and easy to live with. Instead, we find ourselves regularly checking whether the valves are still present before putting the bottles in a bag, as a missing valve results in leaks. The idea that a children's bottle requires this level of attention during routine family life seems unreasonable.

I also found the marketing somewhat confusing. The bottles are described as being suitable for "little hands" and "nursery cubbies", yet it was only after contacting customer services that i also became aware of the recommendation that they are suitable for ages 4+ and not suitable for children under 3 due to small detachable parts ... this warning only appears within the expandable specifications section of the product page.
Customer service remained polite throughout our interaction but, in my view, consistently prioritised defending the product over resolving the issue. My request for reimbursement of the replacement lids was refused, despite the fact that I only purchased them because I was unaware replacement valves were available (for the known issue).
SHO eventually offered £16 store credit and 2 spare valves, but the overall experience left me with the impression of a company doing the absolute minimum necessary to close a complaint while presenting it as exceptional customer service.

Ultimately, the issue was not the £16. It was the combination of a poorly thought-out design, repeated failures across multiple lids, and a customer service approach that felt more obstructive than genuinely helpful.
I won't be purchasing SHO products again

sho as always great products and great customer service. My kids have another brand bottle and its not as good as sho and I wish I hadn't listened to my daughter and had brought them a sho bottle.
I am forever recommending sho to everyone.
I wont shop anywhere else for bottles and cups.

Water bottles which keep your water cool and don't leak. They really last. We only keep water in our bottles so can't comment on anything else. Coffee cup lids sometimes a bit hard to clean. Paint has only chipped where we've dropped it on the drive! Nice designs. Always worth trying to get on an offer e.g 3 for 2 or black Friday. They do often offer discounts after checkout too. Watch out as some models dont fit in cup holders. Most coffee cups must be kept upright.

Fantastic water bottle and a great colour

Great products at great prices! such a choice of colours and designs. Both products hold the right amount of liquids and are easy to ise!

Good delivery time, this bottle does what it says, I’m always a bit surprised when I go for a drink at work, how cold it actually is 😊… I’d definitely recommend. I bought the small bottle first and now have it in my car… it wasn’t big enough for my shifts at work so bought the 950 , it’s perfect. I love that the lid doesn’t leak too . One very happy customer

I’ve got three bottles that I use all day every day.
I was so impressed I bought my dad and step mum one for them to take on holiday.
Shall see what their verdict is when they get back.

Really disappointed with the quality of my SHO bottle. After less than a month of normal use, the paint started peeling and chipping away. I contacted customer service expecting this to be covered under warranty, but was told the damage wasn't covered because they believed it was caused by impact, even though the bottle has been used as intended.
I expected much better durability from a premium-priced bottle, especially after such a short time. The customer service response was equally disappointing, as they dismissed my concerns rather than standing behind their product. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend SHO and won't be purchasing from them again.

Not great experience with product or customer service - purchased a £30 + bottle and within a week it was scratched all over and looks so old already - contacted customer service and they said this isn’t covered and would offer 20% off another - won’t be buying another for it to look the same within a week!

DO NOT BUY!

I previously bought a Guzzler bottle from SHO and was really happy with it, so I decided to buy a Newt bottle for my son because it was a better size to fit in his backpack.

Unfortunately, the problems started as soon as it arrived. On day one, the lid leaked. I completely disassembled and reassembled it following the company’s video instructions, but on day two it was still leaking.

I contacted customer service, and they asked me to send a video. They then said they couldn’t accept the video because I hadn’t removed the carrying loop. A few days later, the bottom of the bottle also came off.

For a company that advertises a lifetime guarantee, I expected much better customer service. Instead, I’ve spent the last 10 days going back and forth, being told the videos weren’t good enough or that they couldn’t open them. All I originally wanted was a replacement lid, but after all this I’ve simply given up.

I’m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the after-sales support. Based on my experience, I won’t be buying from SHO again and will be going back to the Brand I’ve used before, which has been far more reliable. I genuinely hope other customers don’t have to go through the same frustrating experience.

I have bought several SHO products over the years and, most recently, purchased the SHO Newt. I really liked the bottle itself, but unfortunately the detachable carry loop came off, causing the bottle to fall and become damaged.

Before using the bottle, I watched the fitting video and ensured the loop was attached correctly. When making my warranty claim, I was asked to provide photos of the damage and the holder attached to the bottle. In my haste, I reattached the loop incorrectly before taking the photo. I explained that this photo was taken after the incident and did not reflect how the loop had been fitted when the bottle fell.

Despite my explanation, my warranty claim was declined because the company relied on that post-incident photo and would not reconsider their decision. They never explained the purpose of the photo. I found this disappointing, particularly as I have purchased several SHO products and had expected my explanation to be given greater consideration.

I now have many many bottles and I love them all but my fav is Newt and I have them in the two sizes and many colours. Yesterday I was working on my busy London Tube station and a customer saw me drinking from my 750ml Thistle colour and they stopped to ask where I bought it from. Later the customer came back to say she had ordered 2 for herself and her daughter. Brilliant products and I will be purchasing more. I can't fault any product I've purchased and I'm well happy

Love these bottles. Sturdy, leak proof and great at keeping drinks warm/cold. Fantastic customer service too.
